They were very accommodating. I made some changes after I placed the original order and they accommodated that with no problems. They were pleasant, clean. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very efficient. I was very impressed with them!

Mark is a keeper. He arrived on time. He was friendly and informative. My toilet no longer leaks and I am very happy to have it working again. He will be at the top of my list for any plumbing problem. Thanks again

I thought it was a little on the high side, a little bit more than medium, but not outrageous. The gentleman knew exactly what the problems were and was able to solve them right away within the same call so he didn't have to come back or anything. He was very good. He was very punctual, very professional, explained everything they were going to do, and when they were finished, explained everything that they did do.

They showed up on time, they were personable, and did good work. I did not check around for pricing so I do not want to grade in that category.

Ran over the terms of the Big Deal. Needed additional parts and time to finish the job - all totally understandable. Would have been better to get the deal, have an estimate, then do the work. It would have made the job smoother. The guys doing the work did a good job and we very professional, worked diligently and dodn't slack-off to run up hrs.

I'm very impressed by the level of professionalism and hard work. The master plumber and his assistant plowed through 30+ feet of clay and stone to fit a gas line to the pool heater. It should be noted that on the quote, the original proposal cut off 10 feet by going through the basement. Onsite, they made the decision not to do that to save me, the customer, some hassle. In addition, they stuck with the agreed-upon price -- no hidden charges. It took them the better part of the day to dig the trench, avoiding stones, French drains, Jimmy Hoffa, and evil stares from my neighbors, all in 90-degree heat. I recommend them highly.

The plumber arrived and quickly accessed our leak and the reason for our toilet not filling up after flushing. Stated he thought the leak was coming from the sink faucet and showed me how it was leaking through the vanity and spilling down on to our living room ceiling and floor' He then said that the faucet was "broken" and we need a new one and suggested we call back when we have one. He then "fixed" the toilet by replacing the "filler" (not sure of the name) with a new one he had on his truck. This young man was prompt and professional and the toilet is now working fine.

The job went extremely well! They came out on time and worked hard for the 2 hours. They were quick and efficient and I haven't had any issues since they completed their work.

This is the fourth time I have used this company. Three of the four times, I had a $99.00 coupon. I have had the same plumber the last three times I have used this company. In fact, I requested this young man the last time. He is great...a true professional. He is always willing to answer my questions while he is busy working. He gives me his recommendations as to what type of faucet, etc would be reasonably priced but of good quality. We appreciate this. The company is also very responsive to emergercies. Earlier in the year we had a leak under my bathroom sink. We couldn't determine where the water was coming from. Even though the company was backed up they had someone come out within a day. That is what we call excellent customer service! We would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

The plumber was extremely friendly and professional. He offered advice on a couple of things that he honestly admitted we should do ourselves instead of hiring him. In addition, he gave a great recommendation for somewhere to get some things to complete other projects we have going on.

The provider was prompt, courteous and efficient. He took very little time to complete the job that he started.

Plumber arrived promptly... called in advance to confirm I'd be home. Replacement went smoothly.. Cut off old faucet and soldered on a new one. Carefully checked for leaks. Polite and professional.

After I purchased an Angie's list coupon for an outdoor faucet replacement from this company I wasn't sure if I was supposed to call the company or if they would call me. Before I got a chance to figure it out I received a call from them (within a day or so of purchase) and they were able to come out right away. The worker was punctual and very pleasant. He informed me that the work would cost more because the plumbing connection inside the house needed to be altered in some way (you can tell I am no plumber). His rationale made a lot of sense to me though and he didn't pressure me in any way to have the job done. I really appreciated it that he gave me the option of choosing between two different types of faucets. It leaks no more! Am very happy with job done.

had a basic problem with the toilet...it automatically began flushing on occasion. he came drained the toilet, replaced a part. However, it started again the next day and they again returned to fix the problem.

Plumber and assistant originally came in expecting a simple faucet change in my kitchen and bath, but quickly realized that it was going to have complications due to how old the faucets were. They showed me the process and shared with me the additional, fairly priced costs. Would highly recommend.

Technician was timely, polite, seemed to work efficiently, knew what he was doing, and explained things. Completely pleasant experience. I used the two-hour introductory special coupon for the project. In getting some general information about the company's billing rates, I got the sense that the company's rates are not cheap, but also not exorbitant.

Had trouble scheduling during off hours due to my work schedule however the owner did reach out and make things work if I could have someone at the house and they could come first thing. Apparently there was fine print that the 2 hours had to be between 9-5 but I did not see it anywhere. First visit drain was unclogged and pipe repaired disposal reset but was not fixed. Had to have workers come back out which they did right away and install a new disposal which cost additional $361. Disposal works great now and no clogs in drain.

I brought a coupon from Angie's list for a new central air in my home. When Mike came out to our home; he informed us the coupon was for replacement not new; I show him the coupon that was listed on Angie's list and the company accepted it. They send a e-mail of the addition cost; which I accepted ($2253.00) more. The morning they arrival I was informed I had to pay $1400.00 more because of the furnace being old. All the work was done in a day;

The technician was great. He came out promptly and installed everything and did not make a mess.

It was not a good experience. The lady I spoke with in the office wasn’t very professional. I wasn’t able to speak with the contact name that I was given within the deal. They were supposed to come out and change a garbage disposal. He wasn’t able to get the old disposal off right away. When he finally did get it off, he broke the older disposal. He was never able to get the new disposal installed. He said when he opened the box, everything was missing except the new disposal so he couldn’t install. I called him to come back to my home because he didn’t even install the old disposal back which meant I could not use my sink.

Excellent, I love the faucet set and I'm happy it no longer drips.
