Excellent. He was a little hesitant because I didn't have the chrome faucet instructions however he proceeded successfully in record time. Took about 15 minutes to complete the job. I rated the price as Fair because I paid for 2 hours @ $99.00 & it only took 15 minutes. No recourse.

We took advantage of the "$99 2-hour-plumber" deal from Angie's List. The plumber and an assistant arrived on time, very professional. Since I had originally requested service to the bathroom sink drain and repair of my kitchen sink faucet, I was informed that the company always sends 2 people when there is more than one request, so there would be only one hour actual service time. The plumber inspected the kitchen sink faucet, and we agreed that since it wasn't currently leaking, we would let it stay. The bathroom sink drain and trap was replaced, and at my husband's urging after the appointment was originally arranged, the tap previously installed on the cold water line was inspected and the line was connected to the new ice maker after relocating where the line passed through the floor. Both jobs were complete to my satisfaction with minutes to spare. I would definitely use Central Plumbing again. As for the cost, there was $64 for the parts for the bathroom sink.

Very knowledgable technician, stayed to do more after time for coupon was up. Rates are high per hour, but they work fast and are good.

The work went pretty well. It was a good experience. I think they scheduled and then they came on time and then he found out that there was leaking and he went out and replace the pipe so everything done pretty quickly and he also offered and in the bathroom sink it looks a water doesn't go down quickly he also took a look at it and offered some suggestions so I think we were pretty happy with them. I would use them again in the future.

Came as scheduled and replaced shut off valves. Hot water valve became hard to turn after a short while when running. Called them back and the plumber told me it was fine but to "treat it gently". Charged an additional $29 for the service call. Two days later the hot water valve froze in the open position after running a while. Had to turn the house water off till it cooled and could be shut off. Called a different plumber who again replaced the hot water valve. Said that the valve had been put in wrong! Faucet working fine now.

On time, professional and very knowledgeable services provided by their technician. Courteous and really prompt services provided by their works coordinator. Used them again, when i had a slightly bigger problem with the new tankless water heater. Technician went above and beyond to fix my problems. Only good words for them and signed a service contract with them!

They were wonderful during the estimate, very prompt and knowledgable. He was very curtious and professional. He even offered to help me unload a heavy object I had brought home. When I decided to go with them the office was great with getting me the day that fit my schedule the best. The day of the work, the were running late due to traffic and called me to let me know. Once they arrived, they got right to work. Everything seemed great. They were polite and helpful. I was working on my own "home owner's" project while they were working and it wasn't going as planned. I discovered I didn't have remotely the right tool and thought it never hurts to ask. Sure enough they had it, and during a break helped me. Once they were done for the day, they cleaned everything up and gave me homework. They had one little thing that they couldn't finish that day and would come back in the morning to finish. Since they were coming back for that if I had the supplies they would help with the other little things in the garage. I ended up calling them multiple times with questions on my homework and they were helpful and PATIENT, I really should have had dinner before going to the hardware store. The appliances needed a surge protector power strip, they mounted on the wall so it wouldn't be hanging. The light is a pull string, but you had to be on the third step of a ladder to reach it and the end was messed up, they attached the extender so it's easy to reach. I wasn't home when they came to finish, but they called to let me it was all done and to see if I had any additional questions. After all these wonderful things why did I give them a B for overall? My garage, where I hang my delicates, smelled like a huge ashtray for days. I had both the main and side door open for three days. I found dozens of cigarette butts in my trash cans, in the garage. I called the office and they were very apologetic and promised to contact the appropriate people on the matter.

Everything went smoothly. Courteous, professional. House water pressure is low and he did get it turned up a bit. We were quoted over $600 to replace the regulator, although that may not solve the problem. Will need to check water pressure of neighbor's before $600 trial and error.

The plumber they sent arrived on time, but his behavior left a lot to be desired. I think 90% of the overall work is attitude; a brush, "I don't need you" attitude does leave a sour taste in one's mouth. I decided not to have the work done and moved on. In all fairness, I think I'd still give them the benefit of the doubt and hope that the plumber they sent out didn't reflect the entire company.

The company came out for service and was great. They were on time, professional. Would highly recommend.

Central Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning was okay, it wasn't completely smooth of a deal as it turned out. Somebody came out and did some work and they didn't do it right so I had to call them back and complain. They sent somebody else out and did the job right. He put it in but after he cut the pipes, he discovered that there wasn't enough room because it was an old plaster wall. He said "it might work and it might not." He did the work and then left, the first time we used it, it's not working so basically the thing was detached. They second guy came out and he said "they shouldn't have installed this" there's like you need to get a special extension. He corrected it as much as possible. The price was very good. They did come right out the next day when I did call and complaint. I might use them again. The secone person that came out performed very satisfactorily.

They were excellent. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They were professional and high competent. It was a very positive experience.

I've been having a terrible sewer gas smell in my house. I thought this might be caused by a blocked ventilation pipe, so I called Central to come out and use a camera to investigate. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He came out, did the camera work, didn't find anything and then went into the basement to see if there were other possible causes. He made some recommendations on other things I could do to help alleviate the smell.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I spent more than what the Big Deal was for because they put some extra piping in because it didn't work with the connection that was already in there. The quality of the faucet wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I worked as a plumber, it's a Delta but it doesn't seem like it's the greatest quality unless that's what they are now.

Everything was done expertly, with courtesy and efficiency. In addition, Ryan helped me track down the source of another issue, water accumulating on my basement floor, caused by a drip from the copper pipe feeding my central air unit, and suggested ways I could fix it myself.

They were on time and very punctual.

Two workers were here so I thought I would only get one hour, but they were here for two hours. Replaced two drain traps("p traps"). Told me I didn't need some work another plumber recommended during a "free" inspection I had a couple months ago. Special parts were delivered promptly by a third worker. Good job. Thanks Mark.

lNot well - person seemed very inexperienced - told me it would take about 3 hours to complete job - was in my home for at least twice that time and only installed new tub fixtures because of difficulties encountered with installing sink fixtures. I was charged for the total number of hours he was at my house and so the unexpected size of bill. Problem with sink is that chair rail tiling around top of sink prevented sink from being moved so that new fixtures could be installed. He attempted to move sink and in so doing damaged one of rail tiles. I am left with a large problem since a visit to the tile store where tiles were purchased revealed that they no longer carried tiles and that it would not be possible to order additional ones. I felt I was taken advantage of and made me think twice about using best deals in the future.

Special was for a 49.00 replacement. When he got here, he indicated that the spigot needing replaced would be more since it was a Mansfield Wall hydrant, which has a special parts to prevent freezing and it would be more...This was not really a problem, I expected that the base offer was for a standard, and the price seemed reasonable. To be fair there were no problems at installation. A month later when I went to use it, water does leak out the vent while I am using it...not expected Again, to be fair I have not called back yet to see if this will be fixed.

, Mark was my plumber. He was scheduled to arrive between 8:30 am and 9:30 am. He called and explained he would be twenty minutes late. He arrived around 10:15 am, which was not a problem. Mark was polite. Mark said i needed a cartridge replaced in my bathtub faucet. I also needed a trim cover and screws. It took twentyfour minutes to make the repair. The caulking around my bathtub had worn out, so i asked Mark to replace the caulking. He said i did not need it replaced, that the water would run back in the bathtub. I feel that since i purchased two hours of plumbing service he could have spent twenty more minutes to caulk around the bathtub. He would still be under his two hours of plumbing time. I went out the next day and brought the caulking to do myself.

They came and fixed the problem. Shortly after they left I noticed the faucet was leaking again. I called them and they came back the same day and took care of the problem. They also gave me some advice regarding replacing a toilet.

They showed up on time and performed the work in a timely and professional manner. What really impressed me however, was when after a few days, the hot water stopped working. They came out quickly to find out what was wrong. Even after they realized that problem was not related to the equipment or the labor that they provided, they continued to look for the trouble and concluded that the problem was with the electric meter. Peco came out and fixed the meter. Central plumbing did not charge me for the service call and it was on the weekend. I would definitely recommend them.

It went super they were on time, brought the colors that we had talked about it went great. I would use them in the future even if they were not offering a big deal.
