On time - professional - courteous. Did a good job.

Central was very responsive and easy to deal with. I am happy with the work that they did. (I wasn't thrilled about the additional $175 but that wasn't their fault). I would definitely refer people to their company - they were extremely professional.

He came right away and got the job done. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased.

Great!!!!! installed two toilets on two different days. Liked the job so much that we had another toilet replaced. Both plumbers were efficient and competent and very kind. They did an absolutely great job. Now that we know about this company we will definitely use and and refer to others. Thanks!!!!

It actually worked on my favor because they came out to install the new toilet and the toilet was defective so they had to come back and I got an upgrade for the same price so that was quite pleasurable. The toilet was defective the first time so it was a little inconvenient but then again they did make up for it in the end. They were not punctual.

I had purchased a $99 coupon for 2 hours worth of plumbing services. The employees of Central Plumbing were all very professional and polite. A plumber came and did not have a necessary part for the repair. I was disappointed that I was charged additional service charges when the plumber returned to actually replace the faucet. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and I was generally pleased with all the work performed.

The service went well. They arrived when they were scheduled. Two people did the work in a reasonable time and it looks like it was competently installed. They took away the old water heater. I was satisfied with the work and how they handled themselves in my home.

My tenants discovered the heater, which was the original, was no longer working. I had to find a get a new heater installed immediately. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal with this company. Before I purchased the deal, I called to confirm the size of the heater being offered fit my needs. They confirmed it. I then purchased the heater. They came out, took a look at the old heater, etc., and with in 3 days my tenants were enjoying the comfort of a fully heated home.

The information was specified before. I just needed some drain cleaning done.

It went very well. They were on time, very professional and did great work.

Everything was done very professionally from setting up the appointment to the actual services. Everything that could be fixed was done and we were very pleased. We were told that the kitchen faucet and the water purifier were not things that could be done in the two hour time frame and that if we were interested we could set up another visit. Rita Gable was very patient in setting up the appointment as we had to do everything through emails.

They did a good job. I was happy with everything. They came when they were supposed to come and they were nice and polite. The job went well and it worked.

Mark and Chris took about 3 1/2 hours to complete job. Professional and timely with appointed tasks. Was not able to fully complete the job because of a faulty cartridge to control flow of cold water and needed to return part for reorder to vendor where purchased. Mark instructed what needed to be done when part secured. No professional intervention would need to be required.

Service man was courteous, friendly and on-time and knowledgeable.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. They were fine. I told him that I was satisfied with the repair and I didn't need him to do any more. I was afraid to do that, because I did not have the tool to shutoff the water on the side walk. If I tried to do it, and I broke it, I would be in big trouble. I was satisfied with what he did, he came on time, and cleaned up. He had come a day before the holiday, and he was in a hurry to get out, but he did a good job.

We had been without heat for almost 2 weeks. Another plumber had given us 3 options, none of which included replacing the exact model we had because they typically did not work with that brand. Nevertheless we were going to go with them based on a recommendation from a friend. Coincidentally I came across a deal on Angie's List to replace a water heater by Central Plumbing. I called and was helped immediately. Mark came out the same day and was very accommodating to my schedule. He came out to look at the unit and scheduled to have it replaced the next day. It needs to be mentioned here that there were some challenges to this job: 1) a rare model of water heater, and 2) a very challenging spiral staircase. Mark and his assistant Chris got the job done and remained very professional. I will definitely call them again for future work.

It turned out good. There was additional cost for parts. The price is high even with the deal for what they did, but I guess that was less than the going rate so I'm satisfied.

It was fine. I had used them once before to put a couple of new toilets in. He was good. He didn't have the right tools to drill the whole real clean and so he did damage the stone facing on the front of my house. What I don't know is had he had the appropriate drill would that not have happened. He patched it up reasonably well. I chose him the second time because I saw the deal on the faucet and I had a need for a faucet outside. It wasn't until he showed up, that I realized, "Oh, it's the same guy." that installed my toilets. I would probably use him again in the future for the very targeted, limited amount of work. I wouldn't have him re-plumb my basement but I would have him do faucets or toilets, that kind of stuff.

I had purchased a new dishwasher from Lowe's, and did not know that I needed an extra valve to complete installation. The valve cost $7 from the hardware store, plus a trip there. And it required that the plumber make an extra trip to my home. The work took about 15 minutes. The cost to me an extra $129.00. This was not the fault of the plumbing company, but it is the source of my dissatisfaction. If I had had the part on hand, the installation would have been included in the cost of the coupon that I purchased. The reason that I would not use this plumber in the future is not that the work was inferior, it is that they charge a fee to just come out, and then an hourly fee of 165.00/hr. The plumber, Ryan, was extremely professional, but the fact is, he was using the job to accrue hours towards his professional license. And I know this bc he told me so. I feel as though I was overcharged, but if Lowes had told me in the beginning that I needed this valve for proper installation i could have saved over $100. I felt that it was kind of like buying a new car, and then finding out later that a brake pedal was an essential part of the operation, but it would have to be purchased separately. Live and learn.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay, although they could not resolve my issue. They got here a little late because they were in traffic. They located the problem for me, but the price they wanted to fix it seemed excessive so I did not go any further with it.

We scheduled the appointment at least a month in advance. Mark and Chris showed up on time. They were prompt, polite, and hard working. They only took one 15 minute break all day!. They were very professional. My wife felt safe with them in the house. They installed the new furnace and hot water heater, removed the old equipment and left the job clean when they were finished. I would not hesitate to use them again and I recommend them to anyone needed plumbing and heating. Good job guys.

Provided all services that coupon covered. Polite and identified a plumbing issue but did not try to push to have them fix it.

This was not done through Angie's list, however it is because of Angie's list that I used them for this project. I could not have been happier with the quality of work that was done. Not only did they explain in detail what the job entailed but the clean up was stellar. I have recommended this company to many friends and relatives since. The really big payoff is that fact that my heating bill were significantly lower than previous years. I am a very happy customer.
