Ivan Kashin was prompt and informative during the bidding and was very relaxed and open. The work product was high quality and he greatly improved the overall performance of our gutter system and paid attention to a lot of details. I highly recommend his service.

We live in a wooded area and were constantly cleaning out the gutters to prevent flooding. We did research on line to find a product that seemed the best for us. Ivan at Alternative Gutters was the authorized rep in our area. We contacted him and were very satisfied with the whole process. It has been 6 months now and we have not had to think about the gutters at all in that time.

Everything turned out well. He worked late into the night to get the job done and I thought he was really responsible and did a good job.

I called for an estimate and Ivan from Alternative Seamless Gutters, answered his phone immediately. He arranged to come do an estimate the very same day, AND he was punctual for the time he said he would arrive for the estimate. Once he seen and estimated the job and I approved, he arranged a time for service the following week. His schedule was obviously filled. The day he was supposed to do the job, it rained, so Ivan rescheduled for the following day. He arrived around the time he said he would and got right to work. The whole process was smooth and "seamless" as his company name reflects.

He was very friendly. He explained everything thoroughly. I had purchased a coupon for his services and he let me know it wasn't needed and to get a refund.

Because all of our gutter downspouts feed to an underground sump, we decided to invest in gutter covers and selected GutterGlove based on reports from Consumer Reports and others. I received Ivan's information directly from GutterGlove as their only licensed installer in the area. Ivan and his electrical sub were polite, professional, and communicative throughout the process, even when I was late to our initial meeting. Ivan answered all of my questions and concerns about the details of the job, including questions about the details of how the covers would be installed and sealed. Ivan went the extra mile, installing and quot;divertersand quot; in the roof valleys near the gutters and even re-pitching a 35-40' run of gutter without asking me. That same run of gutter had been full of debris and overflowed during heavy rains. My builder previously swore up and down that that same gutter overflowed because the gutters hadn't been cleaned, not because it bowed to a low spot in the middle. Guess who was right, Lenny? On the electrical required for the IceBreakers, Ivan's electrical sub listened to my suggestion/request in how to run the conduit inside the garage in order to put the switch with all the normal lights. They even pained the conduit and junction boxes a glossy white to match the rest of the trim on the house. Grade A for details, something I always look for and judge by. A few months later, I can see the roof grit that used to build up and clog my gutters sitting on top of the GutterGlove covers. Great job.

Learned about Alternative Seamless Gutters from a special offer on Angie's List. They were very professional and arrived and completed the work when they said they would. It has been seven months since I had the work done and I'm still very happy with the work that was done. My gutters have stayed clean and clear. I'm so glad I had this work done and not had to deal with clogged gutters or getting them cleaned twice a year.

Excellent all around. The company responded promptly, came out for an estimate quickly and got started with the work quickly. We were offered several options, with explanations of the pros/cons of different gutters. They did not try to sell us something we didn't need (e.g., talked to us about why gutter guards wouldn't work well on some of our roof locations) and took care to select gutters to match the colors of our structures. Work was completed quickly (1.5 days) and within estimate. No surprises. The company is very professional. We were pleased and would absolutely use them again.

The installation took 2 days due to the weather but it was soo quiet that I didn't even hear a sound. There was no mess, no fuss and the job is beautiful. I am very, very pleased in every manner possible. After interviewing at least 9 or 10 different companies before choosing Alternative Seamless Gutter Co. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for gutters, siding, or gutter covers after my experience with them. Every aspect of the job was professionally carried out. If the gutter covers didn't have a lifetime warranty I would certainly consider using this company to replace them in the future. But if there is ever a time I need any gutter, downspout, or siding replacement or repairs I am definitely going to call this company.

They did the job on time and did the work that they said they would. There was nothing outstanding. I don't remember what I paid. There was an Angie's List coupon that I used and it was about double the cost of the coupon. I would probably use them again in the future.

We have a large house... Couldn't use any of the coupons on Angie list bc of the square footage, but ivan still came in well below other quotes we received. I had to follow-up a couple of times to get on his calendar, an he didn't confirm exact day and time with us beforehand... But when he did show up (week after we confirmed we wanted to work with him - i.e. fast) he did a great job. Got home from work and everything was done as we had discussed, and years/deck were cleare of any debris too which was nice. Will use again for sure.

I called Ivan for a quote to replace the original gutters on my home. He arrived as requested, performed an inspection, and provided a quote. We setup a tentative time due to the weather forecast. Ivan was prompt and professional. I really like the finished gutters and downspouts. He even added more supports to secure the gutters. Overall a great experience.

Ivan appears honest and earnest. Have not had any troubles with the gutters after he has been here, unlike the previous company I used! Will be having him out again in December after all the leaves have fallen to clean and do the repair that he suggested.

Overall, I was happy with their work. The young man who arrived was punctual and worked efficiently. While working on my gutters three stories high, we encountered a mild earthquake. He was brave enough to stay on the job and continue to work for the remainder of the day. I was proud of his effort and professionalism.

Ivan came very promptly to give an estimate. Then he came when expected to do the work and even stayed until 7:00 p.m. to finish the job. He was very neat and tidy and did an excellent job. I live in an area with many trees and previously rain water was pouring over my gutters and right down on the foundation of my house. We had a big rain right after the gutter gloves were installed and all the gutters performed beautifully. It wasn't cheap, but I'm very pleased I did it and pleased with the product and the workmanship. I would certainly recommend this company to others.
