Ivan gave a fair quote and suggested larger downspouts. He was courteous and did an excellent job. I even recommended him to a friend in the area who got their gutters replaced as well.

Very professional and a fair price! I received a straightforward Proposal estimate in a timely fashion. Ivan and his crew were on time, diligent, and they paid careful attention to detail. Cleanup was perfect. A problem was discovered with the type of nails that had been used previously on the plywood; these were replaced at no additional charge for time/labor. I was also able to keep my existing skylights because this crew had the expertise and was willing to spend the extra time and to secure the proper flashing. The team worked until dusk, and Ivan refused to be paid until he returned the following day to determine that not a single nail was left on my property. This company was a pleasure to work with.

Ivan showed up on time and replaced my back gutter and drain spout. He also had to replace the wood behind it and put on new capping. It looks wonderful. He was professional and I thought he was very reasonable. I already hired him to replace another gutter and drain spout on my front porch. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic. Multi-gable gutters for a larger home (4400sf). It’s amazing how such a small thing can make such a big difference. Ivan and his team were punctual, efficient and quality focused. One day project and when they left it was as if they were never here. Except the clean, seamless new gutters of course.

Ivan came & completed all of the work as scheduled in one day. He removed the old materials & cleaned up the area before leaving. He also reinstalled 2 pieces of flashing/siding that had previously been dislodged by storms. The new gutters, downspouts & fascia have a very good, professional look, and have taken care of the previous overflow caused by the former sagging gutters.

It went very well. Ivan is exactly the kind of contractor that I was looking for. When he came out for an estimate, he paid close attention to exactly what I needed, he did a detailed inspection, and he did not try to sell me on any unnecessary replacements. Ivan was prompt in scheduling a date for the repairs/cleaning, and he arrived on time. His price was fair, and he did all of the repairs himself, paying close attention to detail and making sure that all of my gutters were in great shape. I will definitely use Ivan again and I will refer him to my friends and family.

I was able to schedule the work to be done within one week of the initial request. It wasn't an especially large job, and Ivan spent an entire day working alone, but he was careful, methodical, and precise in his work. We haven't had a large storm to fully test the new gutters, but from what I've been able to inspect, I'm very pleased with the work. My fingers are crossed that he completely fixed a gutter overflow problem that appears to have affected my home for many, many years (I'm a relatively new owner). If I need additional work done in the future, I intend to contact Ivan again.

Ivan found that the down spout was clogged and just charged me $20 to unclog it. I'm sure others would have told me I need a new gutter. I asked him to price out a new gutter "just in case", which he did and was reasonable. I'd definitely use him if I need to replace it.

Ivan was the fourth gutter servicer I contacted after dealing with nothing but salespeople whose prescription was invariably "all new gutters" or dispatchers who would send a team to do work without evaluating the situation in person. Thankfully, Ivan is neither of these: he's better compared to craftsman who seeks quality solutions to a particular problems. In my case, I had old gutters that were working in some ways and failing in others, but I didn't want to trash everything and throw up some cheap replacement. Ivan talked to me at length about the options and in the end persuaded me to invest in new gutters and guards that were suited to my situation. I'm happy he did because it was obvious to me in watching him work that he puts a lot of thought into what he does. The final product is something you actually end up admiring, and you feel like the money spent was a very good investment.

We had a 5" gutter and the guards were not affected because we have a large Maple tree. The guy that came to do the work said that we needed a larger gutter due to the roof overhang. He sold us a 6" heavier gauge metal. In talking with other people, two other providers said that the gutters are larger and heavier than what we needed. I feel like we didn't need these upgraded gutters that he sold to us. He cleaned up very well. We just didn't feel like this was a good cost for what we received.

I got multiple quotes for our gutters install, and was unimpressed with the competitors. Price-wise, Ivan was the most expensive, but the quality or product and experience to work with were worth it. He gave me a quote on the spot, agreeing to email it to me for further consideration. Once chosen, he worked both Saturday and Sunday until the job was complete, even installing little hooks so we can mount Christmas lights on the gutters with the Gutterglove product installed. I would certainly recommend him and use him for future projects if they come up.

The actual service was for a full gutter installation but we realized that isn't what we need. He explained it well and explained this deal wasn't what we needed.

Ivan came out promptly to provide a quote. He communicated very well and showed up on the days he told us he would be here. He hand cleaned all our gutters... wiping them down so they look new. We have had issues since we moved into this house 13 years ago with the gutters. We have a long span and every time it rained heavy it would spill over and through the years this caused damaged to other areas of the house. He added new securing brackets and re did the angles and added larger downspouts to accommodate the heavy rains. Our house is tricky as it is three stories high on the back and we have a very steep roof. He cleaned out years of build up in the back where previous gutter cleaners could not reach. He topped all of them with new gutter guards. While he was there working I asked if he could make a small repair to our siding and said no problem and fixed that as well. We will be calling him the future when it is time for new siding and roofing. We are very pleased.

It would be a mistake if you did not use Ivan.. You will regret paying less for poor quality gutters and guards. (and a poor install) Ivan will work on your home,as if it was his own. I have 4200sq foot home and I had a full re-do completed. I live in an area with tons of trees and not having gutter guards, is not an option. The most expensive guards are rated #1 in consumer reports, and the rest are just not as good.

Too big a gap between the BIG DEAL price of $249.00 We did not use him. Asked for a refund of the BIG DEAL of $249.00 from Angie's List, and has not gotten it yet.

Ivan came out to give me a quote on installing gutter screens on my gutters. His quote was more than the gutters cost. I have gotten other quotes for half of what he was trying to charge me. I guess he assumed because I was female he could rip me off.

I chose Ivan's company after lots of research on how to best solve my problems with gutters clogging. My house is an average 2 story colonial style and is surrounded on most sides by lots of trees. The gutters would clog up once a month and required me going on roof and manually cleaning out. I was growing sick of this chore and feared for my safety. Also, during a recent heavy set of rainfall episodes, the gutters were clogged and rain water poured like a waterfall over the one side of my home and resulted in some water in basement. After that, I decided to search angies list and found Ivan's company. I then research the Gutterglove product and decided to go with Ivan after meeting him for estimate. He explained everything perfectly. The above cost breakdown was $2850 for gutterglove pro gutter guards installed with gutter adjustments and an extra $300 for the larger 3 x 4 inch downspouts. The work was performed about 2 weeks after initial estimate and took about 1 full day to complete. After some heavy rainfall, I can say gutters seem to be functioning perfectly and my mind is now at ease. New downspouts look great and the gutterguards are not visible unless on ladder. The product itself is very heavy duty reinforced and the screen is small enough to keep everything out.

Ivan was great! His estimate was fair. He was prompt, efficient and clean. The gutters look great and worked fine, even after all of the recent rain. Ivan also did NOT try to sell us gutter guards, as we do not have any trees near the gutters. He told US we did not need them. I was quite impressed. I would not hesitate to use him again.
