I was satisfied with the gutter cleaning, price was average based on what I see on AL.

Ivan was easy to work with, was very responsive, did a nice job at a nice price. My only comment would be don't be alarmed when you call and Ivan answers 'hello' as the main number is his cell phone.

He provided an estimate, and I signed an agreement on the spot. A competitor had bid a much higher price that included replacing my gutters which I thought was unnecessary. A few weeks later, he came by to clean the gutters right before a major rain storm was expected, and a few weeks later he came and installed the gutter guards in two days. He called shortly before he arrived both times.

We called Ivan on a Friday afternoon and he arranged to come over first thing Saturday morning. He showed up by 8:00 on a very cold and windy morning and reattached the gutter portion. Finished by 9:00. Ivan was very friendly and courteous. We have already arranged to call him back for some additional work in the spring.

On time - on budget - works just as advertised.

Ivan was polite, punctual and very professional throughout our experience with him. He was a hard worker and did an excellent job for us. The gutters, downspouts and gutter guards were installed perfectly and worked as promised. For the first time in 30 years, my husband did not have to get on a ladder and clean out leaves, pine needles and debris. Ivan is one of the most conciencious contractors that I have ever encountered. He came right out to give me an estimate of the work to be performed and then completed the job ahead of the estimated schedule. He was extremely knowledgeable concerning the work to be done and everything was completed in the most professional manner. He is a hard-working individual and has my highest recommendation.

Ivan came out for estimate on the time he said he would, gave me a written estimate at that time which I accepted and scheduled a time for the install. He said 2-3 weeks. Even though super storm Sandy came durring that date range he still managed to get my job done on the 3rd week. Ivan went above and beyond. Fantastic job..................and a nice guy!

Ivan was great. He returned calls promptly and gave me an estimate on the spot. He showed up on time for the estimate and came to do the work when he said he would. Even though we were only able to do one section of the gutters because of ongoing construction, Ivan completed what he could and said he's come back when we are ready. We paid only for the work that was completed and will have him back to finish the job when we're ready. He was considerably cheaper than the other quotes we recieved. Ivan promptly answered my request for an estimate to install Gutter Glove Pro to our existing gutters. While compiling his estimate he mentioned that he had found a small hole in one of the gutters. Rather than trying to sell us a new section of gutter, he was quick to point out that it could easily be patched since it was so small and the rest of that section was in great shape. His estimate was lower than the other we had received and included the same services - cleaning, checking the slope, improving the way our gutters were attached to the house, materials and installation of the gutter guard. He arrived to do the work when he said he would and finished the entire house in one afternoon. It's rained several times since the installation and all works well. No more leaves or ladders!!! Would definitely recommend him!

Ivan was contacted after purchasing the coupon for $249.00 for gutter guard installation and cleaning service. After negotiating the services needed with Ivan, he promptly began working the day he arrived at 5PM. He climbed up to the gutter and found a piece of shingle clogging the gutter, as well dirt/debris buildup. He was meticulous and used the pressurized garden hose to clean/clear the entire gutter. We also ran a test to verify that the water from the gutter was going through the pvc piping into the drain. He proceeded to the other gutter and found 2 tennisballs clogging that one as well. He climbed on top of the roof and surveyed all of the gutters on the perimeter of the house and found they were in tact. Ivan hammered in a few loose nails holding the gutters in. Also, he corrected a buckled soffit that was a great entry point for wasps, birds, etc. Afterwards, Ivan cut and corrected the downspouts and attached an elbow to direct the waterflow away from the house. I think for the price paid, I received great service and would definitely use Ivan again for the gutters. He is very hard working and provided clear and well thought out ideas.

Our original start date was pushed forward due to the excessively warm weather, so Ivan wasn't able to begin working until the following week. During one of the hottest weeks in Philadelphia, Ivan worked religiously for 10 hours/day to complete the job, rarely stopping for breaks. I was very impressed with his work ethic, professionalism and courtesy. I have already received compliments from a neighbor who is looking for similar work and heartily recommended Alternative Seamless Gutters Co.

Very responsive. Provided references all of which were favorable which convinced me to use him. did a great job. Made a number of Improvements in the gutter system. He added a gutter where none existed. He reconfigured gutters to fill a new rain barrel. I highly recommend him. Only problem is that I cannot verify that the gutters work as we have had no rain since he did the work. I guess I blame him for the long heat wave (homor intended).

Ivan's estimate provided the most services for the money; he was the only one who included the fascia capping, and his price was about the same as other estimates which did not include that service. In addition, he seemed to provide the best solution to the gutter guard issue -- I have tall trees which deposit all sorts of leaves, seeds, and debris in the gutters. And the solution included a 25-year warrantee. I appreciated his straightforward answers to questions, including those I called to ask him after he gave me the estimate. He was able to schedule the work within a few weeks, and showed up early on the promised day. He is very careful and meticulous, and worked straight through until the evening (he was able to complete the work in a single day). Obviously, he is very experienced and knows this business like a true professional. I was impressed that he even sealed the edges of the gutter guard segments to prevent debris from working its way between them. All the old gutter material was carted away, and he even swept the driveway. Plus, he came the next day as promised to replace the deteriorating trim (which required shaping to match another similar piece), and it looks great. I would recommend Ivan without hesitation to anyone looking for gutter repair or replacement.

Ivan is very easy to work with. I called him for and estimate and he was very flexible with his meeting times (we ended up meeting at 7pm on a Friday night). To match the additional piece of downspout that was necessary to complete the job he must of checked through 40 different gutter colors to match ours exactly. He was able to schedule the work just 4 days later and completed it while I was out. Everything looked good when I got home. Ivan even called me a few days later to see if I was happy with the work. You don't get that type of follow-up very often from contractors. I was very pleased with the quality of his work and service.

Ivan came out to quote the project the day subsequent to my contact via Angie List. His pricing seemed very fair given the work effort and material components of the project. He scheduled the job within a reasonable time frame and completed the project in a workman like manner. I will not hesitate to utilize Ivan's services in the future.
