Description of Work: Ivan was terrific -- walked me through the process and explained the product well. He was ahead of schedule on his projected installation time, and also identified a few wasp nests that I had not noticed on the new house. Very friendly and hard working --- highly recommend.

Description of Work: Gutter guards on a 4000 sq foot home. Took great care in making sure the covers blended in with the gutters which were a brown color. Very professional, prompt, and took great care in doing a quality installation. Most of my leaves are down for the fall and the gutters are all clear.

Description of Work: Ivan put the gutter guard on the existing gutters and installed new gutters on the garage. He also redirected sme of the downspouts. From start to finish he was the ultimate professional. Gave a B for price because the gutter covers are expensive, and he has the inclusive product in the area. However would not hesitate to use him again. He arrived on time, worked by himself and totally finished in one long day. Everything cleaned up at the end. Ivan has a very strong work ethic, and we are very satisfied from start to finish with his work and with the product.

Description of Work: I had 6", .032 guage white gutters and Gutter Glove Guards installed. I had (3) estimates. After meeting all 3 representatives, I decided to go with Alternative Seamless Gutters. Ivan, from Alternative Seamless Gutters made a very good first impression, with my wife and I. He came to our house and explained, everything in detail, what he was going to do. He had samples of each product that was going to be installed. Ivan is a very personable young man, he didn't try to do a hard core sell pitch on us. | |He showed up at the scheduled installation day. Worked 12 hours the first day. Ivan is a very hard worker, and besides that he is a perfectionist. Description of Work: Ivan is the man! last year, he came and did a great job bracketing and re attaching my front gutter. the same goes for this afternoon. my back gutter blew away from the house around 130pm, called ivan at 2pm, he was here at 430pm, and re bracketed and re set my back gutter. Professional, punctual, and very fairly priced. I will always go to him , and recommend him to any one in need of gutter maintenance, or repair. have not had a replacement yet, but i would call him first.

Alternative Seamless Gutters came in and replaced all of the gutters and installed new gutter guards. They were timely and professional and I would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreI contacted three contractors for estimates to replace 285 linear feet of gutters with seamless 5 inch Aluminum K type gutters-0.032 inches thick, six 3” x 4” downspouts and gutter (leaf) guards. The first contractor surveyed the job and said he would send me his estimate. His supplier estimated the gutter material at $4 per linear foot, delivered to my house. This contractor did not provide a gutter guard estimate or a labor estimate. The other two contractors estimated the gutter replacements within $150 of each other. Ivan was the lowest. As for the gutter guard, the second contractor quoted a price for Master Shield and Ivan quoted his price for Gutter Glove (the Pro Super model). In my view, the Gutter Glove product is the superior gutter guard, and his price was less than for the Master Shield product. Ivan and his helper arrived on a Wednesday and completed the entire job in two days. His installation work was outstanding!! He was always on time, very professional and removed all debris after completing the job. He even called after the first heavy rain fall to check if everything was ok (and all was perfect!!).
Description of Work: Removed 285 linear feet of 30 year old Aluminum gutters and downspouts. Installed 285 linear feet of new gutters with seamless 5 inch Aluminum K type gutters, 0.032 inches thick and seven 3” x 4” downspouts. Installed 285 linear feet of and Aluminum/steel mesh gutter (leaf) guards manufactured by Gutter Glove which have a transferable life-time warranty.
