I was very disappointed. I don't think he was telling me the truth.

They were reliable and honest. They did good work. They were neat and on time.

I called this company while on my way to Montreal on the weekend that hurricane Irene struck. I called from the car on Thursday and Ivan came and completed the job on Friday before the storm. He let me pay afterwards, as I was not in town. I was very grateful for the way he was able to accomodate us so quickly, since I feared my severely clogged gutters would lead to water damage from the impending storm.

I got an estimate from him. He started the job when he said he would; it was a couple of weeks out from when we first made the deal. He did a good job, and it lasted through the hurricane which we had. I cannot say enough good things about the work. I have no complaints with him at all. The total cost was $1400, $700 for the back and $700 for the front. He wasn't the most expensive, but he wasn't the cheapest either. When I would call him, he would return my calls immediately, and his punctuality and quality of work were good. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, cleaned up after himself and followed through with everything that was quoted on. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

Ivan came on time, the day after I left him a phone message. After looking over the whole house, he came to the conclusion that what we really needed was ... a roofer. Along the way, he pointed out what was going on with our very old house, and where he was confused why the house had some previous repairs in the gutters/roof edges. All in all, we learned a lot from him. And we'd definitely recommend him to somebody who actually DID need gutter work.

I give them A's across the board and will use them again in the future.

Very prompt to return our calls to set up appointments. Arrived right on time. He was very professional, courteous and conscientious. He installed gutterglove on about 100 feet of gutters, some of which was very hard to get to because of the height, He did a fantastic job, very hard working, very thorough, even was meticulous cleaning up when he was finished! We would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again!

Ivan Kashin had time available that same afternoon. He evaluated the job and quoted a price. We agreed to have the work done. He cleaned the gutters and cleaned up all the debris from the gutters. He was very professional and we will use him again.

The person (Ivan( called and asked if he could stop by an hour later to check out the gutters. In exactly one hour he came within n hour and gave reasonable estimate. I asked him o proceed and he spent the next hour working. He even cleaned he gutters and piked up the junk. The job was meticulous and he worker's was very polite and professional.

Overall the job went well. Ivan returned my e-mail the next day with a call and within a couple of days came out to give us a quote on a 21ft gutter and downspout. The quote was very reasonable and within a few days he came and installed it. Most importantly Ivan pointed out that our porch roof have been done incorrectly by contractors that had been recently working on it. Thanks to Ivan's information we are having those contractors redo our porch roof correctly.

Ivan was punctual and reasonably priced. He did excellent work and left my front yard immaculate. He was very sweet to my dog as well. He did some additional work, I did not even ask him to do.

Alternative Seamless Gutters returned my call the same day. Ivan was very knowledgeable about what needed to be replaced and gave a fair estimate over the phone, approx. $475. Ivan arrived promptly this morning to replace the gutter. He did a fantastic job, extremely professional and hard-working. The new gutter looks great, and it cost less than his over the phone ballpark estimate! I will definitely use Alternative Seamless Gutters again, I already had Ivan quote out replacing the rest of the gutters on the house.

I called several contractors for estimates and to see examples of their products. The owner of Alternative Seamless Gutters (Ivan) showed up promptly at the scheduled time for the estimate. He measured carefully and took his time to collect the information needed. I asked a lot of questions which he answered directly. He offered several suggestions based on his observations on what my site required and what I wanted from the system. He showed me examples of his product and recommended that I visit his website which had a video on product performance. I also happened to see the Consumer Reports review of his his product (Gutterglove was rated highest of its class by CR). He prepared an estimate with the Angies discount. I let him know that he won the bid and we scheduled a time. He arrived right on time and worked through the entire day into the evening without let up. I wandered out several times to check on things. He was working diligently and was very neat and did not damage any of the new/old plantings around the house. Ivan completed the job in one day because he had promised another customer to complete a project later in the week (it turned out that it was going to rain and he wanted to honor that commitment so he needed to get his work done at my place in a single long day rather than over two leisurely days). The job was done extremely well (from what I was able to see at the lower levels) and he cleaned the job site (including blowing the walks and beds). I highly recommend this service provider. We have and several rains since and the system is performing well. I no longer have issues with overflows and damage to the planting in my beds nor worries about water pooling next to the house.

I have had a chronic problem with my gutters getting clogged almost immediately after being cleaned due to a trees close to the house. I called Alternative Seamless Gutters because of the reviews on Angie's List expecting to need new gutters. Ivan Kashin accommodated my schedule of coming to the house at 7 a.m. on the Thursday, told me the gutters were alright, just clogged. He gave me a quote for covering the gutters with Gutterglove for the front of the house of 30 feet and the whole house. As I was having a lot of work done at this time, I chose just the 30 foot coverage and asked that he clean the gutters also. I was rushed so he said he would call me back when he could come within the next two weeks. Two days later, on a Saturday, at 2:00 pm he called and asked if he could come right then as it was to rain all the next week. He came and spent 3 - 4 hours installing the gutter cover, but most of the time was spent on thoroughly cleaning out the gutters. I have used a gutter cleaning service over the last 4 to 5 years and he spent more time on that one day than the service has in the last few years at a 4 to 6 visit per year. I told Ivan I would have the rest done later in the summer once I got the rest of the money (full house quote of 3495.00.) This product is guaranteed for life and is transferrable when the house is sold. We have had some rain since and I no longer see it running straight down the front of my house.

This is a good business and they are great to work with. Just in case, before we hired them, we checked out the company on the BBB and the local consumer protection agency. They got great marks from all of them. They performed the work in a timely manner and they were thorough and professional. It's rained many times since and we've had no issues. Would definitely recommend them. I gave this company a slightly slower grade on price, because the price was higher than we expected, based on what Consumer Reports suggested the price should be. However, they did offer an Angies List discount, so that helped offset our expectations.

During winter storms, a gutter pipe came loose and also a section in the rear was sagging due to snow on the roof. I called Ivan Kashin, who came over the next day for a free estimate. He came when he said he would, gave me the estimate (less 5% company coupon) for cleaning my gutters and the needed repairs. I agreed for him to do the work and asked him if he could do it right away. He had the time and within an hour he was done. He explained what he had done for the repairs and how much dirt was in the gutters that needed to be removed. I was impressed by his professionalism and the work he's done and I would highly recommend his company. I certainly will use his company for any future gutter cleaning and/or repairs.

I phoned Alternative Seamless Gutters and received a return call right away. I scheduled an appointment with Ivan for an estimate appointment which took place the following week. He came out the week after that to install the gutters and guards - it took about half a day start to finish. Ivan was extremely professional, cleaned up the job site and give me good advice about maintaining the gutters and guards and how to shorten downspouts if our future landscaping plans should require that we do so.

Ivan was great. All the work was done promptly and very professionally. He is the only contractor who I have hired who actually called me back to see if I was satisfied.

The guy was pretty good. He did it by himself and did it all in one day. He seems to have done a pretty good job because it is has rained several times and they have held up and look nice. He was pretty professional. He was not a fly by night guy.

Ivan called back promptly to schedule a visit to estimate our gutter replacement. Another contractor was able to call and visit us within 24 hours and was actually meeting with us when Ivan, who also called within 24 hours, to set up a visit for later the same day. That contractor was able to provide a fair price for installing a metal roof and the gutters that was within our budget. I told Ivan this in our brief phone call. With this said, if we need work in the future, we will certainly call Alternative Seamless Gutters.

I can't tell you if the gutters are working or not because we haven't had any rain. It is hard to tell. They were clean and arrived on time. They finished the job on time.

I noticed one of the seams on one of my gutters has split and there were water spilling behind the gutter in another section of the house. Found Alternative Seamless Gutters on Angie's List. Called and had a good experience.

Like refs from Angieslist, but it should be noted in Ad that client does not do work in Philly (even though he has Phila Lic.)

Mr. Kashin answered my phone call and came to my house the same day. He inspected the job and offered his suggestions. He gave me an estimate which I was happy to accept. He is a gentleman. He began the job after a few days. He completed the work in a little less than a day. I am totally satisfied with his work. I feel fortunate that I was able to find Mr. Kashin on Angie's List. I highly recommend him.
