Description of Work: Ivan is a nice chap, who is knowledgable on getting water to run away from the house, as is the case with us and our clogged gutter drainage system. He cleaned our gutters and made repairs to allow proper drainage to occur with great ease. Ivan also replaced our chimney cap, which was taken away with the winds of hurricane sandy. This day's work was done with great confidence in effort. I say this because he does not appear to cut corners, and give you the bare minimum for premium costs like most. His pricing is fair, he rightly earns his wage, and he is easy to work with. I'm saving his information when my next cleaning is due. Thank you Ivan!

Description of Work: We bought the gutter cleaning and gutter protector package for half off or $250.00. We bought this after seeing positive comments on the company. When Ivan came out he said that our roof could not handle the standard gutter protectors so he recommended installing his alternative gutter protection system for $3,000. We were taken a back and so called another person who cleaned the gutters and put a protective cap on them for $300.00. I believe that that $3,000 is a superior product but we have so many other necessities to spend our money on than gutters. I felt, too, that there was a bit of "bait and switch" going on here but that is probably my mid-western skepticism showing through.

Two other estimates were more than his price. He came for an estimate with the products for us to see. We made arrangements for the job to be done in two weeks and he came on schedule. Afterwards, he cleaned up any mess from the old gutters and promptly disposed of them in his truck.
