I was having a problem with ants but was leaving for vacation on Saturday and I was calling on Thursday. They came early Saturday so I could go on vacation without any worries. The tech was great and very nice.

The price was competitive. They did great work.

Very professional. Very responsive. Fair price.

The baseboard looks beautiful and I was so happy with it. The bathroom job was just wonderful.

Young man came on time and went to work. He assured me they would be gone and they were.

They're usually good. If they don't get it right away, they come back. They take care of it until it's done.

The Moyer representative was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He explained exactly what he was doing and why and did the work in an efficient manner. This was just the first of 4 quarterly treatments. I will have to wait and see if the treatments are effective during the whole year.

They were excellent. They were on time. They answered all my questions. The plugs are barely visible. They had to pick up some flagstone and then replace. It was a great experience.

Doug, came and explained what they could and could not do in relationship to having a pet around.

They are very good. They have a very good reputation and they are very respectful. They are very flexible and they are a jack of all trades company.

John replied quickly to my phone call about our problem with carpenter bees. Blake arrived on time and explained how he would spray for the bees and recommended a second spraying in the fall. We have not seen the bees since they were sprayed.

I spoke with Matt who was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained the different options and recommended the best scenario for my home. Installation went well and the system has been very easy to use. I feel much better having the system installed. Any time I had a question Matt either picked up the phone or got right back to me. Moyer has always been excellent. They told me when they were coming and they were right on-time. They gave me a set price and they were right on the money with that. They just do a fine job. I didn't shop around, so I just have to assume that they have a competitive price.

They did a good job and I have plenty of water now, so I'm happy. I think everything they do for me is really well priced. The only thing was that they came in the morning when the ground was cold and had no trouble driving their trucks to my backyard, but during the day it warmed up and when they tried to leave both of the trucks got stuck. The plumber kept saying he would come back and fix the ruts, but I was being gracious and told them they didn't have to. Well, they didn't come back and now I've got a huge ruts in my backyard right now from their trucks.

We didn’t want to go with the big ones. They couldn’t have been nicer. The guy was very efficient and very professional. So far it is two for two. They were very impressive. The guy came exactly on time. He put little boots on his feet so that he won’t dirty our carpet. He drew out where he needed to and chatted with us and was very, very pleasant. The initial contact with them was very, very satisfying.

They started out very thorough, but they lacked to follow through.

We realised we were running very low on fuel and we needed to get a fill up ASAP. I called Moyer and they were out that very day to check the tank and the next morning they had it filled. I cannot express how fast and professional they were. Everyone from the customer service representative to the guy who delivered my oil was very friendly and answered all off questions.

We have an annual service agreement with Moyer and have had one for the last ten years. This was the last treatment of the season. Overall we are happy with their service.

They begam coming to the house in the Spring and would spray outside and leave a note that they had been there. They would come about every 6 weeks with the last visit being in October. Moyer does not contact you before they come to spray so if you need them to spray inside (garage or basement) it is not possible. Also, after paying about $83.00 a month for 5 months, we received a notice that they would be happy to spray for STINK BUGS at an additiona charge! Stink Bugs are everywhere in the Fall and this just may prevent us from using Moyer again. Bugs are Bugs.

THey appear on schedule, do their job and leave. Occasionally they make suggestion but are never pushy.

1. - This time was great tech arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He remembered to wear his booties to keep the house clean. 2. - Oil delivery went fine if i want to speculate I can monitor the price daily at https://justoilonline.com/ order a minimum of 100 gallons and be on my way. no commitments to automatic refills. They are usually out within 48 hours or two business days.

They never have enough technicians. The oil service of their heater service is pretty good. Their oil is expensive, sometimes .25 to .30 cents more than anybody else. That adds up, sometimes it is 100 to 150 dollar difference. Their pool service sucks. They have no weekend help. If something goes out on the weekend with your pool, you are just out of luck. They will also do things with out letting you know. They will not tell you that some part is wrong and they will just buy it, instead of letting you go and find it. The part could be dirt cheap, but they will charge 200 dollars because they have a tech go do it. They do not tell you, you find out when you get the bill. I did not go with them for oil this year. I went with someone else for oil. Their technicians do not know what they are doing sometimes. If there is something wrong with your heater, they will come out right away. It is debatable if I will use them in the future. I did not renew my field contract this year.

Service person always tells you what they are going to do; do it; and are unintrusive. Pets don't mind the service. Most service is performed outside, around the perimeter of the home.
