I called that morning and they were able to send someone out that day. I thought that the toilet was partially clogged or slow. However the service person determined that the problem was that the jet in the bottom of the toilet was clogged with hard water resdue, etc. He cleaned it out. Additionally he replaced the flap in the tank as the toilet had been running because the flap had not been closing properly.

We have been a home heating oil customer of Moyer for about 15 years and have always been satisfied.

Went fine. The gentleman performing the service was most helpful and knowledgeable.

We chose Moyer for our lawn fertilization company because they are a local company. When we call there, we get a person, not an answering machine. We were looking for just the last two treatments for 2012 and they had no problem doing that for us. They came right out and got us a quote right away. They were in line or less than other quotes we had gotten so we used them for these last two treatments. They call and let you know when they are planning to come out and they have done a nice job on our lawn. We really like Moyer's treatments and we are hiring them for the 2013 treatments as well.

We were very pleased with them. They also honored an extra coupon that was provided through Angie's List, which was very nice!

They are very thorough in making sure that they did find the bat and was able to check on any other entrance that it might came in. They were punctual, organized, and professional. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

From sales person (Mike) through installation, they were professional, informative, courteous and respectful of property. I did my homework on other businesses and liked the personal and professional attention given to me and the whole process. The Lennox energy efficient units are already showing a marked difference in performance compared with our 23 year old ones.

The experience was excellent. They came on time and did what they said they were going to do. I was very happy with them.

Overall, I would say fair. It was not a bad year for Japanese beetles so it is difficult to evaluate the grub treatment. Certainly I still have grubs. As to the weed treatment, there are still broad leaf weeds and, as a matter of fact, more violets than ever. Overall, though, the lawn looks better and I will probably use them again but just for the front. The fellow came to the door the first treatment but for the second they just left a bill and a little sign.

They do the work contracted. Although you might have to call and ask for issues to be addressed several times.

Overall the experience has been mixed. As a new pool owner, We relied on Moyer to provide not only services but also proper advice based on a good understanding of our needs. As we become more knowledgeable, we are becomming better consumers. Pool Inspection - Inspectors arrived late, angering home seller. Inspection was very complete for mechanical components. Totally missed that the pool plaster needed to be redone. Important information when negotiating a home purchase transaction. In fairness water was green and home owner was trying to conceal this issue. Should have recieved better advice from Moyer - not simply a disclaimer. Inspectors advised to replace blower and check valves and timer. Pool Opening: Arrived on time, worked diligently through torrential rain. Got the VERY green pool operational in no time, got it right the first time Would highly Recommend. $400 Repair to pool equiement based on inspector recommendation, service person did not concur that timer did not need replacement, just needed to be rewired. Blower replacement was completed but pointless becasue there is no heater. Did not correct spider valve leak. Installed and over priced top part, which left the pool leaking water and recommended we contact sylvan to get the right parts. Which would involve also replace pary moyer installed. Was also overcharged ~ $75 to change an O-ring for the chlorinator (8$ on Amazon). Total bill ~ $750. Completely disatisfied, we called moyer and they did agree to refund us for the O ring and spide rvalve parts. They also took action to ensure better training of their service people. Repair of pool cover - too early to tell. Haven't gotten the cover back yet. Fingers are crossed. My experieince with Moyer has been highly variable and completely dependent on the personnel providing the service.It is important to know what questions to ask to really understand what is necessary and why and to have some assurance that it will solve the problem.. A large part of the service is the quality of the advice provided not simply going through a checklist. Most importantly it is critical to resolve the problem. Moyers customer service appears commited to work with their customers to get to a good solution. Their service people need to be better trained in providing good advice upfront if trust to be maintained with customers. Their pricing can be outrageous on some items and fair on others.

Aweful experience as you can see and would not give them any more money because they do not perform the services they are paid for and if they perform the services they do a horrible job.

They are not horrible, but they are not outstanding either. They are usually pretty good with their responsiveness. A couple of times I needed them to come out, we had pre-scheduled appointments, and I would say their punctuality was good. There is nothing that I like or dislike about them. I don’t think they are the cheapest guys around. When I prepay for my oil, and I have a balance from the year before, I feel like I am sort of stuck with them.

We shopped around and this seemed like the best option. They were receptive to placing the outdoor unit where I wanted it positioned. The workers were punctual all but one day when they had a morning meeting and didn't tell me, for which they apologized. Their work was clean. They left no trace behind. After having the A/C system installed in the winter, they came back in early summer to run it and test it out. They were helpful in explaining how the system works. All-in-all I was happy with the service and now with the functionality of the system.

I am very happy with them. They are easy to deal with and I have not had any problems with them.

The technician(s) arrive as scheduled and perform their tasks efficiently. Always friendly and professional, they offer tips on things we can do to help minimize problems. If there is something that needs attention between quarterly visits, they come at no charge to handle it.

They are very professional. When they come into my house, they cover their feet. They call me back right away. They will come in between of scheduled visits if I have a problem. They have heating and cooling services and pool services as well. The price seems average.

I have been using them for years, and they continue to do a great job.

They came in an installed a new toilet. But they do everything. We use their pest control, lawn care, heating and cooling, these guys do everything. They are great.

I have been with them for a couple of years. I have been satisfied with them and they are responsive. I have not done a whole lot of price comparison but their prices seem reasonable.
