Description of Work: My mother had a toilet which was leaking water onto a wall to wall carpet. I called Moyer, and they had someone at her house within the hour. The employee was very professional, and did a thorough job re-seating the toilet. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: This review is about the company practices. I needed a price on a plumbing installation. I had UGI come out previously to give an estimate and they detailed everything that was needed to perform the job. I included all that detail in my message to Moyer for a quote so I can compare pricing. Moyer said they cannot quote me based on the detailed info provided, and that they had to send a plumber out to perform a quote...and that it would cost $60 to send the plumber here to perform the quote. If a company has all the necessary info to supply a quote, they should do so. And if I decide to hire them based on that quote, and their pulmber arrives and says this info I provided is innacurate and we'll have to charge more or less, so be it. But don't charge me to quote me.

Description of Work: We had an annual contract with this firm. One day, I happened to be at home when their employee drove in. He spent about 5 minutes sitting in his truck and another 5 minutes in our front yard. He did not step into the back yard and drove away after leaving a bill! Needless to say I did not renew their contract after giving them my feedback and found another company that was approximately half their price.

Description of Work: My neighbors used Moyer for a new A/C unit this spring. Shortly after their installation was complete I received an advertisement in the mail for Moyer / Lennox A/C systems. I scheduled an appointment. Sales person visited. He didn't have an updated price book so he couldn't provide me with quote at the time of his visit. Sales person promised to call back. No call back. I left 2 messages for him and got a return call. He said he had put a quote in the mail although I never got it. At the time of the call, he did provide me with 2 quotes. I asked him for some additional model prices. He promised to get back to me. No call back. No quote in the mail.
