It was great to do business with William Penn. They were very professional and let us know at every step what was happening. I will use this company again. I was very pleased with their work.

They kept they're word on everything they promised.very easy to talk with everyone we dealt with.the quality of all installations was exceptional. Very happy with they're work!

the workers were the best

I had to wait a few months for the work to start but once the work started they were prompt and efficient. It was a complicated metal roof and took 5 days and I am very pleased with the result. I also had them install 3 tube skylights and replace one existing skylight. I would definitely recommend them.

The work was undertaken promptly following initial contact. They completed the new roof in one day. They were careful to safeguard the shrubs and plantings around the house. There was no debris left after completion of the work.

Top notch contractor from design and permitting to construction. Very happy with project results.

Work was of the highest quality, we are very satisfied with the look and outcome of the job. We plan to hire them again for additional repair/installation work.

There are some correction that need to be addressed to finalize job .When that is taken care of I think it will then be good job done in fact a great job because I have gotten nice comments from people passing by my home and also think that I will recommend them to others so they will be receiving more calls from others

My wife & I recently had the pleasure of working with William Penn Renovations (WPRCO). We had an old deck on a house we bought. After about 11 years it collapsed because it was improperly Installed. We had rotten sheathing and framing. A real mess! WPRCO to the rescue! Brian and his crew did a fantastic job. They replaced all the rotten wood and defective siding. They built us the screened porch of our dreams. The salesman, owner & crew were very easy to work with. These folks are TRUE professionals! We gave them some pictures and they turned our ideas into reality. They are busy because of the quality of their work but well worth the wait. You can be sure that any future work we need, WPRCO will be first on our list.

I researched hard on all things metal roof before I started calling for estimates. I'm familiar with the industry and knew who and what to ask. William Penn was the first to come look at my roof and their salesman, Joel, hit me with a price that was $1500 higher than the one I had in my head. He then knocked off $500 after I made the comment and we had a deal right there. My new roof is fantastic. The crew was the best and the owner was constantly in touch with me throughout the process right up to completion. I asked them to leave me all the extra roofing as I was going to use it for an awning over my back door and that was ALL they left. Everything else was cleaned up like they'd never been there. I have decided to let them put up the awning instead of doing it myself after I saw their work. I think it'll look a lot nicer if they do it.

Excellent job, they removed the old deck and built a new one over twice the size of the original that is beautiful strong and so well done.

Price was hire than i was planning , But well worth every extra penny ! Built so well. It will surely still be here , well after I am gone !

Very professional and knowledgeable crew. The work was excellent and the value was good. Not the cheapest work I could find but, notably, they're replacing work that somebody did on the cheap... Went with the A Team this time around.

The owner and the crew were just wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Now I can enjoy the sound of rain on the roof without the fear of leaks, thanks so much!

From the owner coming out to give me an estimate, which was extremely reasonable, to the craftsmanship and service of the workers it was some of the best contracting I've dealt with. I would know this having been a contractor for over 20 years. Guys were nice, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable workers that had the work done in little time. Experienced people and the reputation to back it up. They out-did what they projected and went above and beyond. Siding, doors and basement door.

The workers showed up 10 minutes early. They were very friendly and full of advise. They told me it would take about 4 hours to do the job, but they had it done in 2.5 hours. They would clean up when ever they made a mess, instead of waiting till they were all done. My old door leaked air real bad. The new door they installed does not leak at all and is perfectly straight. I was impressed by these guys. They seamed trust worthy too. I will hire them back if I ever need something else done that I cant do myself. Awesome Job!!!!!

Professional, personable, and work done at a fair price

I was pleased with the siding, but they subcontract out the gutter work with someone else. I was not completed happy with the gutter work that was done.
