 + -1 moreLauri was on time, professional, reasonably priced and I was very satisfied. We have had the shades for ten years and they are still in great condition and work fine. I had one little plastic cord holder break recently and she immediately sent me a replacement! I am very pleased! Highly recommend!

 + -1 moreOur original experience with Lauri was about 12 years ago when we ordered blinds from her for our entire house. She was extremely professional and courteous. Her knowledge of all the products was impressive and proved to be helpful when we were choosing blinds for each of the rooms. Over the years, including her most recent visit on 2/4/13, she has provided continued, outstanding customer service. She has visited a few times over the years to fix various blinds as they've broken and has NEVER charged us. She stands behind the products she sells and we will definitely use her again when it's time to order new blinds.

 + -1 moreI can't sing Laurie's praises enough! She was wonderful! She came out and spent a lot of time discussing my options for window treatments. We have a new construction home and needed blinds throughout the house. I had a couple of quotes, but wanted to work with Laurie. She matched the lowest price I found and provided exceptional service. Her installation guy was fantastic as well. Our blinds arrived and were installed within 10 days of our order. Laurie knew how badly we needed blinds and made sure that I was a priority. I would recommend them, hands down.
Description of Work: Whole house of real wood blinds. Product and installation are included in price.

Description of Work: Blinds for large livingroom and dinning room windows were ordered and installed by Lori and Shawn. Perfect fit and a great job of installation. Owner Lori is very knowledgable about her products. Shawn very good with installing blinds They cleanded up after work was completed. Would highly recommend their service. Will use them again.
