Blinds 2U

I would highly recommend Blinds 2U. I have purchased several custom window treatments from there. Lauri is the best. She has many quality products to choose from, her installs are professional and prompt. She has been flexible to my schedule for the installs. There was a recent issue with a manufacturer's defect in a lift mechanism that was not discovered until after install. Lauri quickly resolved the issue completely to my satisfaction. Lauri is really great at what she does. As long as Blinds 2U stays in business, I will continue to purchase only from Lauri.

Lauri is wonderful! She responds immediately, is always on time and very knowledgeable about her industry. Her installation is perfect and she cleans up when she is finished. She has replaced blinds and installed new blinds for us on several occasions. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Great! Lauri made a couple of visits before we purchased. This really helped us decide what we wanted. We didn't feel any pressure or rushed to make a decision. She provided photos of other jobs and offered her opinion to help make our decision. In comparison to other vendors, some charged for the consultation or would only come back again for a fee. The price we were quoted was the price...no coupon, no discount. Others seem to markup their product so they can give you 40% off or a larger "discount".

Lauri was great. She came up with an idea to use the existing fabric shades as a valence to complement the new blinds. When they were ready she installed the blinds and re-hung the shades as valences. She could not have been more professional, prompt or courteous. I would use her services again and highly recommend her. She is really a pleasure to do business with.

Lauri is fantastic. You can't go wrong with Lauri & Ashley. They work with you and around your schedule--most accommodating and no pressure tactics. I wanted the Hunter-Douglas blinds and wanted them when I closed on my home. Lauri went and measured while construction was going on and had them for me when I closed. The blinds look fantastic. I am very pleased with my blinds but most impressed with Lauri & Ashley. I would highly recommend them.

THis is my 3rd time dealing with Laurie. She is fantastic. She is like having a friend stop over for a visit. Very personable, offers several options and always has a good opinion on what looks best. She is very quick to answer an email and her works is always perfect. I have referred her to several friends as well. She really goes above and beyond to make sure the color you choose is perfect and the blinds installed perfectly. Highly recommend!

Lauri came to the office, took measurements, ordered shades and then installed them. Wonderful person to work with. Also great price considering the windows are huge.

I have used Blinds 2U for approximately 18 years. Laurie is professional and knowledgeable about all window treatment products. Laurie installed window treatments in my home in the early 90s. The quality was great and really enhanced my home. I remodeled a couple of years ago and have used Laurie again for all my window treatment needs. Laurie is willing to make suggestions, give ideas, and make the process enjoyable. The installation has always been seamless. I would recommend Laure and Blinds 2U to anyone.

Great experience! Lauri was very patient as we picked blinds for our living room and 2 bedrooms. She explained the steps involved in order and installation. we put a deposit down and a few weeks later we got a hand written thank you note! Today was the install and I am extremely pleased with result! Price was about average, but the product and install was excellent! Thanks, Lauri, for a wonderful experience and we will be in touch soon for the master bedroom, bath, and dining room.

We knew we wanted shutters in our new house so we scheduled her a few days after we closed on the house to measure, price and order. The shutters were installed five weeks after we ordered them. (We paid for the rush processing and shipping.) One change we experienced from our previous home is Lauri now uses contracted installers. I was One thing I had worried about was having contracted installers in my home. We had previously been completely installed by Lauri herself at our other house and were very pleased. Honestly I need not have worried. The gentlemen that came were professional and efficient and they did a great job. There was a mistake in our order that Lauri fixed to our satisfaction. Kudos! The final window in our house got it's shutter this week. Everything looks great. I definitely plan to use Lauri again and I highly recommend her. If the price is higher than you expect, realize you are dealing with someone with over two decades in the field. Her measurements are rock solid and her eye for detail is much appreciated.

I had blinds and roller shades installed in three rooms. My blinds and shades look absolutely beautiful!! The owner did a great job. She is very professional, yet personable. She knows everything there is to know about choices on colors and fabrics and how to install them. My husband loves them too! I found her on Angie's List and am so happy I called her for these services. She is the best....I will be using her again.

Laurie is fantastic. She had done my daughter's home and I was impressed. When we moved to the area we immediately called her. All I can say is that I am very happy with the finished product. They look great and everything is as was promised. Would I use her again--YES! One last note--when my daughter came by to see how things looked, she said that if they move and need window treatments again, she will definitely call Laurie.

Her prices were very reasonable for what we got (custom window treatments in nearly the entire house), and everything turned out beautiful and high quality. On both occasions the owner (Lauri Woelfel) arranged to visit our house at a convenient time and arrived promptly at the appointed time. She was pleasant and efficient during both repairs. She charged the minimum amount mainly to cover travel costs. We had heard good comments from neighbors about Blinds 2U and will certainly consider using them in the future when the need arises to replace blinds.

Barb and her team are excellent! They provided great design help and smooth installation. They have also been quick to resolve any issues I have had along the way so that everything is perfect. I would highly recommend Blinds 2 U to anyone and will use them again myself in the future.

The blinds will take 3 - 4 weeks to deliver. We are very excited about getting them. I will update my review once work has been completed. UPDATE: The blinds are now installed and look beautiful. I should note that after installation, Lauri was not satisfied with one of the blinds that she'd received from the manufacturer. She provided superior customer service to ensure that we received a new blind -in record time- at no cost to us. We have multiple projects planned in our home and we look forward to utilizing Lauri's services many times in the future. What a fabulous find! A professional who takes her job seriously, who cares about her customers, and is like an extended member of the family. CALL LAURI - you won't regret it.

Laurie installed the blinds which are beautiful. She cleaned up even though I told her I would do it. Both for the measurement and installation, she came when I wanted her to. I would use her services again and I highly recommend her.

I set up appointments with 4 angie list members for this service. Laurie was the first to respond and we set up an appointment quickly. She was so helpful and heard me when explaining what I desired. She gave me several options, explaining all of them in detail and helped me choose colors that worked best for me. I liked her so much that I cancelled the other 3 appointments. She returned 2 weeks later (today) to install the blinds and I am so happy. The blinds are just what I wanted and she installed them quickly and neatly. She is very professional and literally has a van that is a showroom so she has everything imaginable. I would 100% recommend her and I will use her again when I have the need.

Lauri arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and installed the new blinds efficiently and carefully. I asked her to give me an estimate on some existing broken blinds I had and she went above and beyond to determine that she could send them back to the manufacturer for repair free of charge.
