+ -1 moreMR. BONTEMPO WAS PROMPT IN RETURNING ALL OF MY CALLS AND IN SHOWING UP FOR OUR APPOINTMENT. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE AREA CLEANED UP UPON COMPLETION. HE ALSO REMOVED AN ADDITIONAL TREE AT MY REQUEST AND TRIMMED THE REMAINING ONES AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

+ -1 moreTHE WORKMEN WERE FINE - HOWEVER ON A MAJOR JOB, THEY CRASHED A LARGE LIMB ONTO THE ROOF, CAUSING DAMAGE TO ROOFTILES AND GUTTER. EMERY PAID FOR THE REPAIR WORK. ON A SUBSEQUENT ESTIMATE, EMERY WAS HIGHER THAN THE COMPEITION BY 30% AND DID NOT DISCUSS THE JOB, AS WAS REQUESTED. THE ESTIMATOR SIMPLY DROVE BY, PERFORMED THE ESTIMATE, AND DROPPED IT IN THE MAILSLOT WITHOUT DISCUSSING.
Description of Work: VERY TALL TREES PRUNED, SMALL TREES REMOVED, AND STUMPS GROUND.
