They were very thorough in their proposal preparation and I had confidence that they could do a good job. However in the final analysis, they were out of my price range.

I was very impressed with the company from the first person I talked with to the inspector at the very end of the job. The fact that they did not request any upfront money was a huge plus in my book. Workers were pleasant, clean and did their job.. Clean up afterward was fantastic.

From sales to after work inspection they were consummate professionals. The thing that sold me on Doing It Right is the fact that they stand behind their work by not requiring 50% of the cost at the start of the project. They collected their money after I was satisfied with the workmanship. No one else offered that. So although they weren't the least expensive (they fell in the middle of the nine quotes I received) the no money down convinced me they would be the right choice. And they were. Kudos to Doing It Right - they did!

Spoke to George at length about project and materials they use. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, prompt with reply. His price was higher than other bids. Would have hired them otherwise.

I spoke to someone about the job and they were going to get me a quote but never called me back.

The service, promptness, quality of work and the price was better than I could have ever expected. David our sales rep worked very hard to make sure we received everything we wanted. They even went out of their way to fix our piping for the radon. I would highly recommend Doing it Right Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

They were able to start the job quickly for us as we had some time pressures. The crew was prompt, quiet (for a roofing job) and polite. They were neat during the job and with cleanup afterward. The customer service aspect was also excellent in comparison with other companies when we were reviewing proposals. The contract the company uses is very professional and detailed.

Doing It Right thoroughly explained the options, provided multiple references upon my request, provided a thorough, well-written contract, and provided a thorough, well-written warranty. The price they quoted me was slightly below the average price of the quotes I received (neither a lowball nor a highball quote). They were prompt, efficient, and neat. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Contractor did a great job of replacing my shingle roof with a new Corning shingle roof. The work was done professionally and quickly, and they cleaned up the property after the job was complete.

This company may not offer the low-ball estimate in town, but if you value honesty and integrity, timeliness and thoroughness - this is the roofing company for you. They offer true professionalism - from the sales encounter all the way through the cleanup and inspection process. The crew showed up whenever they said they would, they were polite and unobtrusive, and finished the job with more put into it than the contract allowed - at the contract price. Doing It Right probably could have offered an cheaper solution to our needs, but, instead, folowing a thorough inspection of our property and it's unique requirements, it was done RIGHT.

They did a quality, prompt job on my flat roof replacement and downspouts. I would recommend them to anyone who has a residential flat roof to repair or replace.
