In August, 2023, Doing it Right replaced our roof on my home. This was our second roof replacement on our home. From the very beginning of our experience with sales to installation, to inspection of the final product with the project manager, it far exceeded our expectations. The installation crew was outstanding, working efficiently, protecting my flowers and shrubbery, and leaving our property in perfect condition at the end of the day. Since that installation, we recently had an issue with a piece of our siding blowing off during high winds. Our siding was not installed by Doing it Right. It was siding installed when our home was built. With the siding in hand, I called Doing it Right to ask if they could nail it back in. Derek, a Project Manager, promptly called me back. Later, John, a service tech, came to my home. He was able to nail the piece back in and gave a quick check if any other pieces of siding needed attention in that area. Great Customer Service!

The whole experience was wonderful with Doing it Right Roofing. The salesman who provided the estimate was professional & nice. I do not feel like the company tried to "upsell me". The workers arrived early each day & worked until evening to get the work done as quickly as possible. I was especially happy with the daily clean up of the area as I live in the city & the houses are very close together. The foreman Matt was great! He was easy to reach and solved any problems that occurred quickly. I will definitely call Doing it Right Roofing for my future siding replacement project.

Would highly recommend! Chris, the field supervisor, and his crew did a great job. Neal, the sales associate, kept us up to date throughout the project and Brianna, administrative assistant, was personable and got back immediately with answers to any questions. Very satisfied!

Canâ t say enough about this company from Jude to Garrett to Willy and the crew. You could say Iâ m picky and you would be right. My house is 93 years old & I wanted to keep itâ s â characterâ . Went with Cedar Discovery vinyl shake siding to eliminate the expensive maintenance. Had to have old cedar shake siding removed -very labor intensive & the crew worked from dawn to dusk to remove it and were still pleasant! I must say I was extremely impressed by the immediate responses to questions or concerns I had from ALL of the above mentioned -answered within a 1/2 hour (a rarity). Very professional (but down to earth), prompt, and attention to detail were key to the success of this project. They went above and beyond & even remedied issues that they felt needed attention to prevent future problems! I would highly recommend this company if your motto is â Doing It Rightâ .

After soliciting bids from several other industry participants, we elected to engage DIR Roofing to replace the roof on our house ( including 4 skylights) and another roof on a detached screened- in porch with an integral shed. In short, we made the right decision! There was a minor aesthetic issue with the roof installation of the detached screened-in porch. Reflecting the customer-centric focus of DIR, this minor problem was quickly remedied to our satisfaction. Their value proposition of great products, great service, and great price is outstanding!!! Congratulations, DIR on a job well !!!

We had been putting off replacing our roof and gutters, but as soon as we could we decided to get the work done. We got recommendations for four different companies that friends had used and were happy with. None of them climbed on our roof, which is a good sign of being professionals. Two measured the building and roof angles from below, a third did the same but also flew a drone over the house and used it to inspect and take photos. The Doing It Right folks used an aerial service that took precise and detailed measurements from the sky. One quote was 60% higher than the others. The other three were very close, but one of them later called to change the price upward when they recalled that I told them up front that we had two layers to remove. Of the remaining two, the price was nearly identical, but the Doing It Right folks were able to match the roof of our detached garage with the identical Owens-Corning Duration product, which seemed highly regarded. Additionally, their proposal was very detailed about every thing they would do. My final concern was how well they would clean up after the job, so I called my friend who suggested them and was told that they were timely and thorough and cleaned up everything quite well, they had zero complaints. I chose Doing It Right over the others and they showed up exactly on time, had a large crew that did all the work in one day, and thoroughly cleaned up the site, even leaving it better looking than when they started. As a non-roofer my inspection skills an amateur's, so I can't tell what fine points are worth detailing, but they did everything in the proposal, the work was clean and precise and nothing looked sloppy or shoddy. My friend's roof has been problem free for six years, so I don't anticipate problems. The work is guaranteed in the contract and the roofing material is covered for 50 years and is transferrable. There was nothing shaky or deceptive and my gut feeling about them was good. Overall, I'm happy with them. I suggest you check them out. No complaints. Five stars!

I hired them to replace my roof with a new asphalt roof as well as replacing the gutters with a gutter guard, soffit, and fascia. I also hired them to put new siding over existing siding as well as putting new trim around windows. I also had them put pilasters and pediment around front door. So basically I hired them to give me a brand new house as viewed from the outside. Overall they did a terrific job. They met with me almost immediately after I contacted them to give me an estimate of the work to be done and what it would involve. They emailed me back the same day with any questions that I had of which I had a lot. They worked on the roof first. As they were working on the roof they kept in touch with me about how it was progressing and even sent me photos and videos especially because they found a lot of rotted wood under the old roof and wanted to show me what was going on. They ended up replacing ay damaged wood which was not inexpensive in these days of soaring lumber prices but what are you going to do! Next was the siding work and everything went smoothly. I did contact them about some areas that weren't quite up to par and they came out immediately and made changes according to my request at no extra cost. Overall this compony was really great. They gave a fair price as compared to other companies for the same work and their communication was fantastic. Anything I had a question about they answered and anything I wanted them to look at they came and looked and made any necessary repairs. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Great work-very nice roof, gutters, and trim. Contract presented clearly with all paperwork for the job in a folder. Small house job completed in one day and everything cleaned up perfectly. Would recommend.

Our Doing It Right sales / installation consultant took the time to review the contract in detail, knowing nothing about what was needed myself, he explained the process, accessed the need and determined and explained the how. The on site supervisor and crew were polite and through. I will recommend Doing It Right to my family and friends.

We had our roof done last September and are very please with the results. The crew did a terrific job and were very conscientious. The roof has held up great even through some severe windstorms. Also, the company addressed an issue we asked about at no additional charge. We definitely recommend them.
