Excellent, on time, careful, diligent, competent. Answered all questions. Explained new system. Cleaned up afterwards.

Arrived on time, worked almost 12 hours to get job done, workers pleasant and informative and left site clean.

Installation went well finished on contract time removed all old equipment, cleanup was great, installation was quiet with very little traffic through house.. System has been performing great as expected to this date...Very satisfied

This installation was completed by installing duct work to the lower level of the home through existing closets. Due to the way this home was constructed - we expected that there might be substantial dry wall repairs needed. Jake (QDI installation Mgr) noticed another way to gain access that had not be considered when the job was planned. Jake was able to gain the access and eliminate any need for dry wall repairs (and associated costs that would go with that). The work was completed on time and professionally by QDI's skilled craftsmen. The installation was completed within two work days with no inconvenience to our selves. The Lennox unit works quietly and efficiently. Our home has never been so comfortable. I would have no second thoughts about recommending QDI to friends and family! Our experience has been a positive and comfortable one!

Dan from QDI reviewed my current fuel oil heating system and provided an estimate for several high efficiency natural gas furnaces. In addition to the new furnace installation and removal of the old system, the quote included the removal of the existing fuel oil tank and the installation of a natural gas line inside of the house (PECO is responsible for the outdoor line from the gas main to the house and the installation of the meter). The estimate also included the removal of the old venting system and the installation of a new PVC venting system for high efficiency furnaces. Dan was the most technically adept of the several sales people that provided quotes and was efficient and accurate with his recommendations for a new system. At first I thought that he was proposing a heating unit that was undersized, but I independently performed my own heat loss calculations and determined that he was spot on. He took his time explaining the new units and provided prices for the systems and options that I had selected before he left the house. In the end, I went with a different contractor based on price and brand. And although QDI's estimate was higher, it needs to be noted that their labor warranty was much better than the other proposed systems. Additionally, as was noted in other reviews that I had read and confirmed with QDI, they are a COSTCO approved contractor and members are eligible for a 10% rebate. All in all I had a very good experience with Dan and QDI and would consider them for future work and recommend them highly based on my experience.

Installers were here on time & kept at it until complete cleaned up after themselves.

I have been suffering from a problem for years of one zone in my hot water baseboard heating system not heating properly. I had gone through several contractors before finding Quality Degree and had spent much money changing out different parts. None of these fixes solved the problem. The owner and a service man came in and checked out the whole system and found that the circulator was not working and fixed it. A simple fix that several other H&A contractors could not seem to find. They also cleaned my gas burner on the heater, which was much needed. I am a customer for life at this point and continue to call them for all my H&A needs.

On time, on price. Completed in a single day and everything works properly. Found the contractor through Costco and the price was right and got a $1,000 Costco gift card

Not bad, most work done satisfactorily. On A/C the technician needed to be prodded to work on the piping for the A/C to seal the entry from the outside - lazy, that's all.

Had an AC unit not cooling properly. Scheduled a maintenance call with them. The tech called me from on site and let me know what the issue was with the condenser coils. He cleaned the unit, got it up and running, and called me to let me know it was working!

QDI has been our heating and AC providers for many years. I have NEVER had a bad experience with them. They installed our heater a year ago and did a great job. They are available for emergency work. They know what they are doing and will let customer know exactly what needs to be done. The people they have working for them are TERRIFIC people who are kind and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMMEND

I like that they came on time and they were efficient. They were very good about not getting our house dirty and they followed up with us the next day. They were very good.

The price I received from QDI to replace my oil heater with a gas/propane heater was double the price of all the other quotes I received. I did not use QDI due to their outrageous price.

Bill came by yesterday to discuss my geothermal system project being planned for my property. Although I appreciated his time and counsel on insulation issues, which I already am planning to install as part of our major renovation, I was quite shocked by his "instant" on the spot estimate of $45,000-60,000 for the project. From the references to QDI on Angie'sList I expected a fair and reasonable estimate. Only last year one of your customers posted a glowing report of a geothermal system QDI installed for them for $20,000 in a project not unlike ours. Bill made no comments during his visit yesterday that our project would be anything out of the ordinary. Indeed, he made a number of comments that our project was quite typical and straightforward. My research reflects that most projects of my size fall into the low to mid $20,000 - $28,000 range. I can only think that QDI's pricing is being inflated purely out of greed, the location of our property in an assumed wealthy area, and the notion that the customer is going to get significant tax credits and low interest loans from the government for such projects. It's very disappointing that QDI felt the need to inflate its prices 2-3 times the norm. Frankly, we're not that well off and don't do business that way. Perhaps some of QDI's customers will be naive and foolish enough to pay so much, but only if they don't do their homework on its business practices.

Three years ago a pipe burst and blew out our GeoThermal HVAC unit in the middle winter. Bill and QDI helped us greatly during that trying time. He guided us through the process and struggle with the insurance company, and he made sure everything was done right. When follow up has been needed I just call Denise at QDI and help is on the way. Also, I recommended QDI to my parents two years ago and Bill and his crew totally replaced their very old hot water heating system for them.
