He never called me back.
Description of Work: My heating system has been making some noise so I decided to contact someone to take a look. I called Precision on a Monday and got someone on the phone that said the owner Dominic would call me back. He called me back Tuesday and we discussed pricing, which I agreed to, and he said he would call me back to schedule a day for the service. It is now Friday and I still have not heard back from him. I contacted another company on Angie's list and they scheduled my appointment on the very first call for $35 less and they are going to do more work!

Great, start to finish.
Description of Work: The team at Precisioin did a great job converting and installing my new Propane heating and high efficiency Trane HVAC system. I waited to see the performance per their recommendation and all has performed perfectly. I would use these folks again....The team at Precision know that even though they have Harleys, they really want a BMWs.

Description of Work: Dominic came out inspected the system and gave some insight and ideas on how to fix. Nice guy and took the time to go over the suggestions. I did the duct work he recommended myself and fixed the ac problem on our second floor.

Dominic and son came to repair a furnace that was not heating properly. Dom Sr. spent 15 minutes on the phone with my husband doing diagnostic work for FREE before determining that he needed to schedule a visit. I told Dominic that there was no hurry to schedule an appointment but he insisted on fitting us into his schedule before the week was out - which was much appreciated. He and his son showed up ON TIME which is rare in my experience (unfortunately!). They got right to business, talked me through the repairs and performed the work in about 1 1/2 hours. Cost was $150 for the thermostat and remaining $285 for work performed. They were extremely professional, quick, and did not try to get any add-ons.
Description of Work: Installed safety switch at the boiler; turned vent damper right side up; cemented the exhaust; installed new high voltage b-x wire to the circulator; disconnected live hanging wire; installed and programmed touch screen thermostat.

Despite us waiting until the end of May to have a heat pump installed, we were up and running within three weeks of signing the contract. There were no surprises and the work was done in a timely manner. I cannot express enough how happy my wife and I are with our new heat pump and the job that Dominic Jr. and Sr. did. They really are top notch.
Description of Work: We had an American Standard Heat Pump installed in our house back in June 06. Precision had the best presentation and price out of six quotes. They started on Monday and we had cold air by Tuesday. We also had a vent pipe installed for our range hood.

Responded same day to a Saturday AM call on Memorial Day weekend. Called before coming, explained troubleshooting process in detail, and explained all possible problems and solutions.
Description of Work: Detected, found, and repaired leak in A/C copper tubing, evacuated system, and recharged with refrigerant. Verified proper compressor operation.
