"Two men came in a truck at 4:00 pm. One climbed a ladder to the roof. He came back down, went to the truck to fill out the proposal. He came into the house with a handwritten proposal stating: "Patch cement chimney to save money and prevent a full rebuild. Seal all of the cracks in the crown. Waterproof entire chimney top to bottom. Chimney is in really bad shape. The bricks are deteriorating. I suggested doing all of the work to prevent needing a rebuild to save money and this will make it so no more water will be getting in their chimney anymore." The total price on the proposal was $6400 or $6000 if paid same day. He said they have a company who could finance it for us. My husband and I, unfortunately, decided to pay the $6000 with our check. I told them I want a legible copy of the handwritten proposal and pictures of the work they do. They assured us we could get all that by contacting their office. The two men took buckets from the truck and took them up on the roof. They came back down and washed their hands in our kitchen sink. By now it was getting dark and starting to rain. It must have been around 5:30 when they left the house. One man came back and asked to use the bathroom. I showed him the one in the basement. He came back up and they left. The following day I sent them a request for a legible bill and pictures. I received no reply."

I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "Trevor and his crew had come and scoped the job giving us an estimate. After we agreed they were chosen to the work, we were given a starting date. The crew showed up on time and worked for two and a half days to prepare the area for the patio extension and build a beautiful retaining wall for the area that set back into the hill. The stairs to the front door were replaced with newly constructed rebar and structural elements that will last for many more years than the original stair that only lasted 24 years. The new stairs now match the full width of the front porch which now looks much more symmetrical. The pad leading up to the stairs was enlarged and lengthened. They came back on the third day and the concrete was poured and finished. When they finished the work they made sure they cleaned up the job site and left everything as it was before. Trevor and his crew did an excellent job and we are so happy with how the job turned out and we highly recommend them for any work you may need completed."
