Once a customer places an order on our website we will email them a prepaid UPS shipping label and packing instructions on how to send us their photos. When the photos are received at our facility we carefully scan them and return the originals to the customer along with a DVD with within 3-4 weeks. If a rush is needed, we also offer expedited service that shortens the turnaround time to just 2-3 days.
