Description of Work: Came to clean and inspect furnace. Found a cracked heat exchanger and shut off the furnace. Then the fun began with my warranty company. McDonald could have had a new furnace installed in two days. The warranty company insisted on using their approved vendor. We were without heat for 16 days. McDonald provided good service.

Description of Work: Replaced water filter which I couldn't get open.

Description of Work: AC/Furnace check (includes coming back in late spring/early summer for another visit. They always do a great job!!! Answer any questions, I have. They also did the original AC/Furnace install in Dec 2010 and did a great job on price and install!!!!

Description of Work: I had water leaking through the ceiling from second floor bath tub. He reviewed the problem & determined that I needed caulking applied where the tub meets the floor. He applied the caulking & installed a shower head & faucet, which I supplied. I had already purchased the shower head & faucets, so I asked if he could install them while he was there. I was surprised that he had go for supplies to install the shower faucets and it seems to me that $400 is pretty expensive for apply caulking & installing faucets.

Description of Work: Tried to determine the cause of plugged sump pump drain. unfortunately could not find the line in the front yard. Had to install a new line to an alternative drain line. The people worked hard and determined it would be less expensive to install a new line,

Description of Work: Found cause of leak that other plumber had missed. Polite, professional, efficient.

Description of Work: They unclogged a drain, installed some plumbing under new sinks, and fixed a leaking outdoor faucet. I felt it was very fairly priced. The only complaint, although I don't blame the plumber, was that he couldn't find a leak from our upstairs bath. It wasn't his fault that it wouldn't leak while he was here! |I would definitely recommend this company for plumbing needs.

Description of Work: My 8 year old heat pump/ac unit was leaking fluid; the tech informed me that he would have to reinstall the entire unit as it was too close to the house. Since they (nor anyone else) had ever made that observation before, and he quoted me another $800 (approx.) to perform said reinstall, I had to say no as I did not have the money. Fortunately in mid Feb. the weather got freakishly warm, and so I didn't have to freeze to death. When hot weather hit very hard in May and we needed a/c badly, I decided to call another company. They came and fixed the unit for $454 including $65 to replace a very cruddy air filter... which might have been a large part of the problem. No tech from any company had ever mentioned that at all, but my power bills are now a fraction of what they were

Description of Work: New Water Heater Installed. Very professional. Went over and above to help with a couple minor plumbing issues as well and did not charge me.
