 + -1 moreA price was provided for the cleaning of both units prior to arrival (price maintained after work done and had a coupon from Angie's List which was applied without issue!). An estimate was provided for the pad work at the time of arrival, which we accepted. The technician immediately contacted another technician to come and help him (unit and pad too heavy for one individual). Second technician came very promptly. All work was done within 2 hours and done very well. We were extremely pleased with the promptness of the technicians arrival, their professionalistm and their work quality. Definitely would use them again!
Description of Work: Three work items were required: 1) cleaning of furnace unit in basement, 2) cleaning of air conditioner unit, and 3) repositioning of air conditioning unit outside as the pad had shifted and the unit was precariously placed.

 + 0 moreThey were good but it took them a while to show up for the last part of the job. The first part of the job they showed up and did everything but getting the last part of the job done took quite a while. We had to have the oil tanks removed, for that we had someone else to come back; it was a whole year later. We should have got a date ahead of time, like if I could say I need this by then and have it done that way or if the company gave a date and said that they would have it done by this time they should do it.
Description of Work: I used UGI Heating Cooling & Plumbing to convert our house to gas heating. We also had the oil tanks removed.

Description of Work: We called UGI because when we returned from an extended absence, we couldn't get our thermostat to start the furnace. The technician called us and walked us through changing the battery and restarting the thermostat. He did not have to come out and make a house call, which would have been expensive. Further, he did not make me feel like an idiot for not realizing that our new thermostat had a battery. Overall I would give them an A!

 + -1 moreFurnace had a defective sensor which was repaired twice and finally replaced. Has been working since then.
Description of Work: The technition was prompt and courteous. Got our heat back on and serviced the part. Had to send for a new part which was installed without additional charge when it was available.We were very pleased and purchased a service agreement. They have been back in September to clean and inspect the furnace which was part of the service agreement.

Description of Work: I use UGI HVAC to come and do the furnace cleaning. They clean the ducts as well.
