They're wonderful, they came on time, very personable and they do a great job.

We have 3 year old Fujitsu Mini Split AC units that have leaked coolant from day one. Two other Fujitsu could not find the problem but UGI took the time to try a few tests and found the issue.

The first guy needed a part. The second guy came with the part, fixed it and tested to make sure it was working correctly. He seemed very competent and explained what he did. The cost was fair and better than other providers. He cleaned up when he was done. He also explained the various maintenance contracts.

Their service has been great. They had to come back because they needed to order parts.

Had them for years for heating and cooling. Cost covered under my warranty. Excellent on price. They just very prompt and proficient.

They're good, they're great. They did a good job, I can't complain. I think that there are cheaper rates than them. They're pretty quick. They show up on time, they're very professional, they respect the house and don't mess up. They're pretty clean. I'm happy with them.

They were pretty good, they came out really quick and that's why I give them an A. They professional, they know what they're doing. They were personal.

They come once a year. They don't appear to have a standard checklist for what their technicians are suppose to do. Consequently, everyone does something different. In addition to that, they don't appear to have the appropriate training because they come up with various levels of conclusions. One guy might say everything is fine, another guy says you need a new air conditioner. Another guy says a new humidifier and a new filter. It's nice that they come and look at the furnace. I can get about as much out of it if I send them a picture. I had this done for about 10 times and that's what's occurred in over 10 visits. Some people re excellent. They do a wonderful job. Other people are clueless. They want his and they want that. The air conditioner is still running and that was two years ago. On the other hand because of that service contract, if there's any problem, I go to the top of the list for prioritization. I get an immediate response for anything I call in. For the most part, I think it's the labor, there's no cost on minor repairs. I pay them $28 a month. They come when you call them and they do a reasonable job.

Install action went fine but after the installer left we had problems with water pressure. It turned out that the manufacturer installed tubes in the heater where the water goes in and comes out restricting the flow. The technician found this and once removed we had our water pressure back. Although it took two days to resolve, the technician stayed on top of it and made sure the heater worked to our satisfaction.

The replacement of the old oil furnace with new gas furnace went very smoothly and we were able to enjoy a big difference in the heat.

It was a very busy period for natural gas conversions, with a list of about 200 pending jobs at the time. At first it was difficult to get hold of the person our job was assigned to, but I think eventually he managed to speed our job up a little (our oil tank had failed). It went fine from there.

The gas leak had to be shut off but the technician was an obnoxious boor: he made us feel stupid for the kinds of questions we asked, like how to fix it. He was there, apparently, only to shut off our fireplace and to be rude in the process. I have never detested a human being more than in the five minutes I had to work with this jerk. We will try NEVER to use UGI again.

We have a contract every year- they are the ones that installed the system. The workers are very good and very prompt. I would recommend them.

Their pricing was good and their professionalism was good too. I liked the speed and accuracy in which they got it done. We sat down with the salesman and we basically had everything broken down for us. We completely understood what we were getting and they helped us pick the right system for our home.

The service was great! They had good reports on Angie's List and their availability fit mine best.

They're good. I never really had contact with them. They just came when I was at work. UGI is the natural gas provider in this area so you basically have to go to them.

Larry Lill assisted us throughout the entire process. He is very professional. UGIHVAC tied the new GEO unit to the wells drilled by Myer's brothers and coordinated the entire effort. We couldn't have been more pleased.

They deliver on what they say they're going to deliver. They do services for the price that they promise. They're very careful and neat in their work. The technicians are experienced and knowledgeable. They came out sooner than I expected because they had an opening and they were able to fit me in.

Worked with three different installers over the two repairs. All were very professional and knowledgeable. Efficient, too, as the diagnosis and installations were done rather quickly.

I used them a year ago. It was $250. I will use them again for equipment and warranty.

Pricing was competitive with other vendors. Service was thorough, clean, and professional. We have two cats. Technician was very accommodating in planning service to free up one room completely within the first hour, so that we did not have to cage the cats and keep moving them from room to room.

Big Deal from UGI Heating Cooling and Plumbing's service was excellent. Everything was good. They were on time. It was a very nice young man. He cleaned everything, cleaned up after himself, he discussed everything with me, he let me know the status of the heating system and approximate age and, of course, how long they usually give them before they break down. And it's time to replace it, needless to say, and he said he would pass the message along and have a gentleman call me to do some investigating as far as prices and what it would cost to replace. Their price was excellent with the coupon. You can't be that.

The info he provided led me to a company that does do duct inspection, and I got a quote from them. UGI rep was very helpful and courteous.

After the initial sticker shock, it was smooth and painless. Took 2 days to install. Excellent experience.
