Jeff is professional and understanding. When our fancy new tub faucet didn't work, Jeff adjusted his busy schedule to come back and install a new faucet. Tub installation went smoothly. I'm remodeling our bathroom, so I really appreciate him working with me and giving good advice. Jeff also goes the extra mile in doing a good professional job. He installed extra shut off valves for the bath and shower. He replaced some of the old supply and drainage lines. Had to add supply and drainage for new shower and made an extra call when the new tub faucet leaked. Turned out that the faucet was defective. He responds quickly and arrives on time. Does good work. I called Jeff back again when my basement flooded. He responded quickly, slogging through my flooded basement. He replaced the sump pump then waited around till my basement was pumped out. Adjusted the pump and made sure everything was working. At $400 the price was very reasonable considering how many hours he spent. If you're looking for good honest and dependable at reasonable prices, this guy is it !

it was a minor repair that was covered under my home warranty. Jaws Plumbing called to say that they not be able to come that day but they were there late that same day. It was a minor repair and the owner showed and he was great. The repair was completed that night. They understood what it meant to be without hot water. Will definitely call them again.

I can't say enough good things about Jaws Plumbing. The first visit was to check on our basement bathroom macerating pump which was not working. Jeff arrived on time and made quick work of unjamming the unit and fixing the problem. $282.00 A month later, the pump failed completely (it was easily 15 years old) and Jeff came in (on a Saturday), diagnosed the problem and said he would call with an estimate. He called the following Tuesday with a price, came out and did the work that week. If you know anything about macerating pumps -- this isn't a pleasant job -- but he was awesome, friendly and professional. Price charged was what he quoted, even in light of some unanticipated developments. $1138.00 I've never had to call a plumber, and hope I never have to again (no offense Jeff), but if I do, it's going to be Jaws Plumbing for sure. Top notch all the way.

Jeff came to inspect the shower, set up a date to come back to repair it. He did a great job regrouting and recaulking the entire shower area. He was meticulous in his work and we are very pleased with the result. He also replaced the gasket on the shower door. Because the shower is over 20 years old, and there is no "brand" name on the shower enclosure, he ordered what he thought was the correct gasket. Unfortunately, the one he ordered, although functional, was not the exact one. So, he ordered another one and came back to replace the one he had installed at no charge. We also had him order a sewer vent cover. He installed that for only the cost of the cover. If we EVER need plumbing service again, we WILL, without hesitation, call HIM. I would highly suggest you do the same!!!!!

UPDATE: I called Jeff at Jaws Plumbing once again yesterday! My diamond wedding band fell down the bathroom sink drain while I was cleaning in! I called Jeff and he arrived today March 17, 2015, and removed my ring from the drain in a few minutes. Total cost: $89.00 well spent dollars!!! I called Jaws and we made an appointment for the same day. Our toilet had not been flushing properly, and was constantly making the ?toilet fill? noise for weeks and I decided enough is enough, time for service. Jeff arrived promptly at our appointed time, and he put paper booties over his shoes to keep our floors clean! In about 15 minutes he told me what the problem was and possible options: replace Flapper only (less expensive), or replace th4e flapper along with the fill valve and supply tube. He did not try to hard sell the additional products. Being a blind item as a consumer I decided to take a leap and replace the 3 products after Jeff explained all items were originals - -14 years old. Jeff left my bathroom clean when he was done working. It was a pleasure working with Jeff and I will use his services in the future.

On a very cold Monday night during the recent "Arctic Vortex" I noticed a leak in several locations in my home. I panicked because it was after hours and there was a big snow storm predicted for the next day. I knew I had to find someone fast and the plumber I had been using just wasn't very good. So I went onto the Angie's List website and looked up plumbers in my immediate area. Jaws Plumbing is located just about 6 miles from my home so I gave them a call. They answered the phone immediately and they promised to stop by that evening.They had been on another job when I called but they stopped by at about 8pm and stayed until they located the leak in our heating system. We were so impressed at how responsive they were, how quickly they discovered the problem and how well they fixed it. This plumber is the best of the best and I should know because I've used a lot of plumbers through the years.

He was professional and was easy to talk to.

Installed a new toilet for us in our half bath. He was quick and thorough. While onsite, I asked Jeff to take a look at our bathroom remodel we were about half way through. We had hit a snag in our DIY renovation and were unable to complete the job without the assistance of a professional. Jeff quoted the job at a reasonable rate and set up installation of our new bathtub & surround for within a week. The tub & surround installation went smoothly and quickly. The job was completed in about 6 hours, all in one day. We were very pleased with the work and would definitely hire Jaws Plumbing again!

Fantastic. Jeff from Jaws plumbing was able to come out the same day I called to perform an initial assessment. While I was hoping we could fix the problem in the same day, I certainly appreciated Jeff wanting to make sure he had the appropriate amount of time to not rush the job. Jeff looked at the problem, wrote up an estimate, and scheduled to come back the next morning. All in all, Jeff needed about two hours to complete the work, saw through and completely remove a galvanized piping in place and replace with PVC pipe. In addition to the standard necessary work, Jeff took the time to run the drain snake down the primary outlet to clean out any debris as well as replace the poor plumbing work I had performed under the kitchen sink two years prior. All in all, a fantastic experience, the price and quality was great and Jeff and Jaws plumbing are highly recommended.

On May 25th, we realized that our hot water heater, that was 15 years old, fan kept spinning and didn't turn off. We went to take a look and found it had started flooding the basement. So at 6am, got everyone up to start bailing water and I called American Home Shield. I got a call very quickly from Jaws Plumbing. he said that because of the Memorial holiday the supply warehouse was closed and he would call someone to open it and get back to me. He was able to get the hot water heater and be here in a couple of hours. He was very personable, knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. He brought down the new HWH and brought up the old one taking care not to hit the sides of our staircase. He also put something underneath it to prevent rusty water from dripping on our carpet too. He installed the new one and cleaned up any packing material and remnants of the installation. Just one thing, I would have liked to have a tray put under the new HWH in case of a leak, didn't think of it at the time. We liked him so much I had him come back the next week to put in a pressure reducing valve that we had always wanted to do. He's also installed a fill valve in a toilet and a flexible connection hose. I highly recommend Jaws Plumbing.

We have used this plumber several times. He is very courteous, professional and punctual. His work is very meticulous and the price is very reasonable, even for an emergency work.

Excellent! Jeff was outstanding. Completed the scheduled job and then took on another job and got us ready to sell/show our house. You always need a good mechanic, roofer and plumber---we got our plumber now!! Thanks!

needed to repair or replace old leaky diverter and shower head. made contact with "JAWS", explained what we wanted and in 2 days the repair/replacement was made. Work done was neat and cost reasonable.

The company was quick to respond to and answer any question that was raised. Work performed was estimated and completed at a reasonabl price. Work places were left as neat as when they arrived. Materials were installed exactly as per estimate. Will hire again in the future.
