Jaws is GREAT!!! Our faucet started leaking, and they came out early on Saturday, and had it replaced quickly. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Jeff (the owner) is very responsive to your calls. He always calls back and is very personable. He came out and gave an estimate within a day or two. I hired him to dig out and install a sump pit and pump with an emergency backup pump. One corner of my basement would always get water every time it rained a lot (which seems like aways lately). Jeff and his helper Jim completed the job in one day. There was a lot of work involved as they had to jack hammer out the concrete to dig the pit, install the can, pump and backup, then plumb the whole thing to outside of the foundation. Then put some cement around the sump pit to finish it off. When they were done you would have never known they were there except that now there's a perfect new sump pump and I haven't had a single drop of water in my basement since! I highly recommend Jaws Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

Service was prompt, estimate provided in writing, work was completed rapidly, and I can tell that the work was done with skill, because the solder on the copper pipe did not leak, and was neatly done. Would hire again.

Great plumber! He personally answers the phone of letting it go to an answering service. I sent him a photo of the problem, then we scheduled a date a time for work to be performed. He showed up on time (actually 10 minutes early at 7:50am) and got right to work digging out the pipes. He quickly identified to root cause of both issues and was able to fix the same day. Other commendable observations: very polite. He took his shoes off before walking in our finished basement. He kept me informed of the progress. He actually noticed corrosion on a completely different pipe and made appropriate recommendations for management. Overall, very happy with the work and professionalism.

Jeff and his assistant did an excellent job with an neat, clean installation that was done on time and within budget. They worked under less than desirable conditions as the basement had flooded just hours before they got there and was barely pumped out. I would highly recommend this company. Jeff was able to fit us in his schedule immediately even though it was a last minute job the day before a major holiday. He and his partner were extremely helpful, informative, and thorough. It also made me happy that they charge way less than Roto Rooter for the same service.

I called Jaws and they were able to come out the next day. Jeff, the owner called ahead to give me an arrival time. Jeff and his assistant Harley were personable, fast, efficient, clean. Fortunately I did not need a new pump. They were able to get the old one working after cleaning out the pit and making an adjustment on the check valve. You would be amazed what crap was left in the pit by the builder.

Jeff and his apprentice showed up within the time frame agreed to and the work was done quietly, without any hiccups. Jeff had given me advice when providing a quote on the replacement of our 1/3 hp disposal (builders grade, GE model) recommending a 1/2 hp model. The installation went without a hitch and Jeff took the old disposal to properly get rid of the item. I had also asked JAWS Plumbing to quote/install a Delta faucet I had purchased and they did that as well and cleaned up the area around the fixture base as the new fixture had a slightly smaller base . . Jeff did an excellent job and the area of work was cleaned up well and any debris created was removed. I had passed on to Jeff that our neighbors had provided a recommendation on a plumber but a quick search here on AL revealed a poor rating, so I discovered JAWS Plumbing on AL and decided to call them based on their reviews. We found Jaws Plumbing via Angie's List and were not disappointed. Jeff (owner) responded promptly to all of our calls and emails, and was very courteous and professional. He provided good insight on some of the key things to look for when shopping for a new sink. Jeff provided all of our options and prices clearly, without any pressure. The work was done in two visits because we had to wait for the sink to arrive from Lowe's. Each time Jeff (and Harley) arrived promptly. All the work was done on time and as estimated. While rebuilding the upstairs tub/shower valve, Jeff even noticed that the direction of the hot & cold knob was reversed (which had been that way since we bought the home) and he just fixed it. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. For the work we had done we found the pricing to be very reasonable, and had an excellent experience. We will be calling on Jaws Plumbing again in the future.

Jeff was professional and personable. He quickly got back to me and scheduled the appointment. After he installed the sink and replaced he piping he also inspected the remaining piping in the basement and corrected the pitch. He also replaced the main shut off valve to the main water pipe into the house. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

My 20+ year old Moen shower mixing valve developed a leak when the valve was pulled on. I called Jeff on a Tuesday and he set up an appointment on Friday which was perfect for my schedule. He called me when he was on his way so I would know when to expect him. He took a look at the situation and recommended a rebuild of the valve. It took him only a few minutes to complete the work including caulking around the trim ring to prevent water from getting behind it. He was very personable, professional, and did a good job for a very fair price. I am totally satisfied and will definitely use him again.

The plumber replaced my rusted drain plug with a brand new one. He did this very quickly and professionally. He also advised me on how I could handle the cracks in my bathtub, i.e by getting a specialist in patching tub cracks.
