Jeff came initially to check on my current water softener which wasn't working properly. Jeff explained that trouble-shooting my water softener was a gamble. Because of the age of my water softener, we decided that a new water softener was the route to go. We agreed on a date and time. Jeff was on time, and everything went smoothly. He took the time to answer my many questions. I am pleased with my new water softener, and I highly recommend Jaws Plumbing.

The work went just as planned and stayed on target and on budget. He also helped us with some additional plumbing work we needed at the barn. We liked his work so much we had him come back to put a new outdoor faucet on the house. He took the time to talk with us and look at some other plumbing concerns we had at the house. We will have him back to help us with those projects as well. No hesitation in recommending Jeff at Jaws Plumbing. Very pleased and glad to have someone to call when we need plumbing work.

We came home from vacation and found our well not working. I did some basic trouble shooting and realized I needed a professional. I called JAWs Plumbing around 8:30 AM on a Monday based on proximity and reviews on Angie's List. Jeff answered my initial call and scheduled a time later that morning. He arrived on time, figured out the problem in about 15 minutes, had all necessary parts on the truck, and had our water running before noon! One of the parts cost a little more than I would have liked, but the labor piece was reasonable and overall the price was good, especially considering the fast service. JAWs will be my first call for all future plumbing and well problems. Excellent owner/operator business.

After the deliver guys from home depot said they would not be able to install my dishwasher without flooding the place I thought id call a professional. And thats what I got. Called Jeff and he was able to come out the next evening. I was ready to wait a week or schedule time off of work to be home during the day but that was not necessary. Jeff was on time, called ahead like he said he would and completed the job with no issues. I would definitely use again!

Jeff arrived on time as always. This is the second time we used him and we were very happy. He fixed the front hose bib and the garage leaking hose bib. Wonderful work!!! Thank you!!!

Jeff was very professional and very knowledgeable. He arrived when he said he would with the new water heater on the truck. He had it hooked up and running in no time. Having your water heater go is not a pleasant experience; Jeff made made the whole experience much more palatable. I would certainly use Jeff again and I would recommend him to others.

I have had Jeff come out to my house a couple times now and have always been very pleased with his service. I have also referred numerous people to him. Most recently I called him with a question about an outside faucet that he had replaced last summer. He answered all my questions and told me what was probably going on and how to fix the issue. I plan on using his services when I renovate my kitchen and two bathrooms. thanks again Jeff for the great service.

It went great. They did everything they said would and everything was on time.

This guy was amazing! He showed up approximately 8 AM and by 12:30 had everything done. He pulled the old well pump and line out of the ground and installed a new one. He did some other work in the basement pertaining to the well issue and made sure that we had plenty of water when it was all done and over with. The price, I feel, was very reasonable. I can't say enough on how pleased we are with him. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing problems and would highly recommend them for anyone else with plumbing problems.

This is the second time we have used Jaws this year for our plumbing repairs and we highly recommend them. Courteous, prompt and efficient are all words we would use to describe them. (unlike other plumbers we have dealt with in the past) Plumbing repairs are always costly however, we would rather support a small local business than some big name faceless corporation. We recently had a new kitchen counter & undermount sink installed, however the kitchen faucet needed to be installed/ connected. (We switched from a double sink to a single sink and had additional hook ups to our dishwasher). I had initially called two plumbers who both required fees to provide an estimate and would not be able to schedule work until 1-2 weeks. Then I called Jaws Plumbing after looking at reviews on Angie's List. I called at 11:00 am. By 11:30 am my call was returned and I was asked if he could come over by 2:00pm - the same day to provide a free estimate! Arrived on time, extremely polite, friendly and explained all details of estimate. He ensured to take time to answer all my questions. After agreeing to the estimate, he noted that he could even start work immediately! Amazed that we found a quality plumber that is responsive and acts quickly to assist! Everything was installed perfectly and no issues. He cleaned up entire area as well. So thankful to have our kitchen back up and running, all within a few hours of placing a call just for an estimate. Would never hesitate to call Jaws Plumbing in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

He said he was going to replace it with copper and he put PVC in. It took the same time he said it would. The service was great.

I called Jeff in the morning. He met me that afternoon at the appointed time. He provided an estimate for the job that clearly stated what he would be doing. I called him back the next day, and the service call was arranged for a week later. On the service day, he arrived on time. He performed the work without making a big mess, and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. He took a little off the price because there was one thing that he put in the estimate that he didn't have to do. That helped with the sticker shock of a plumbing repair, which can be frustrating. Jeff exhibits professionalism in all aspects of his work, and he is courteous and pleasant to work with.

This is the second time we've called Jaws for plumbing repairs and I don't foresee every calling anyone else. They are very responsive and very fast to respond. They are professional, polite, efficient and perform quality work. The first time we called was for a leaking faucet that had to be replaced. It was a custom order due to the age of the sink but everything went according to the estimate for pricing and time. The second time was to replace a supply line that basically disintegrated when trying to hook up a new washing machine. He came out same day and the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Jaws.

Jeff responded promptly and came out to evaluate our kitchen water faucet that was experiencing low water pressure as well as our Sump Pump that we had been told at our house closing was simply needing the float to be lowered. Within 15 minutes, Jeff had diagnosed our water faucet issues and narrowed it down to a problem with the faucet sprayer. He advised us to call Kohler and it would be completely covered. The Sump pump on the other hand was completely detached and broken - he provided a very reasonable estimate and returned to do the job. He was in and out of the house in 20 minutes - tested everything and it's functioning perfectly. Jeff is professional, friendly and performs a great service. Happy to have a plumber that I can rely on !

He even took 30 minutes to call my home warranty company. Great service and will definitely use them in the future.

Jeff showed up early to accommodate my 3rd shift schedule and was even earlier that the appointed time. He replaced a faulty shut-off valve and a broken section of pipe, all with minimal disruption to the surroundings. He tested the new plumbing and found that the outdoor faucet was damaged by ice as well. I hadn't even known about that but he replaced it with the right kind frost-free valve. It all was very professionally accomplished and convenient for me. Jaws Plumbing was very professional and showed prepared to do the job. I will keep their card to do business with them again and I recommend them because they are competent and easy to contact in person.

I called Jaws Plumbing when I found out we had a water leak somewhere. Jeff responded quickly to my call and came out and inspected all the toilets and any other leaks around the house. He gave me a detailed estimate of the repairs. Explained all my options for the repairs. Jeff was very professional and was on time. One day he was running late due to traffic and he phoned to let me know he was running late. I would highly recommend Jaws Plumbing and would use him again.
