They could not have been more prompt, courteous, thorough, and professional from the moment we first contacted them through their submission of their final report for us. Right on time, not a minute late. Fast, efficient, easy to accommodate on a workday morning. (A little challenging scheduling in the first place, but once scheduled, services delivered as promised.)

EPA Water Consultants did a great job. They were a lot less money then our normal service people. The tech was on time and was very friendly. He serviced our water treatment system great. I would definitely use EPA again and recommend others to use them.

Mark very precisely walked us through the entire system, how it works, what really needed to be done ASAP and what could wait, great experience from start to finish. We recently moved into newly constructed townhome. I contacted EPA based on the reviews on Angie's List and would definitely use them again. Mike came out and tested our water; based on those results we opted to take advantage of several services. Landon and Marybeth were professional and a pleasure to work with. We can sure tell a difference in our water since the treatments were installed.

We moved into this house 2 years ago. The Waterboss 950 water softener came with it. Up to now, the softener was working okay. Recently, it stopped using salt. Landon at EPA checked the softener. He ensured that it was operating properly, and programmed it to do the regeneration cycle for 2 AM in the Demand mode. Landon took time to explain how the water softener operates, and manually put the softener through the 4 cycles of regeneration. He loaded the softener with the remaining salt I had in a bag. He was thorough, courteous and professional.

Smooth! Not cheap, but in this case I believe I got good value for the money. They were always quick to respond, timely, thoroughly professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to diagnose an unusual condition (some sort of iron eating bacteria) and had a solution installed in two days. The system consists of filtering, softening, UV sterilizer, and ozone injector. Works like a champ. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.

Work went well. Was definitely what I expected. Job was clean and fit with no after mess. Marybeth and Landon stayed late to make sure job was complete.

The folks at EPA were great to work with and their installation tech, Jeremiah was extremely professional, on time and very thorough with his explanation of all services that were being performed. At no time did I ever feel pressured to purchase any unneeded items as they didn't try to up-sell me...but more make suggestions about what my options were now and over time. I would HIGHLY suggest anyone looking to have any water purification work done to contact EPA.

I found out I had an unknown major problem with my water softener early in the day on a Thursday, basically shutting down all water supply in my house. I called EPA hoping to get a service appointment for the next day (Friday), but realistically not expecting anything until the following week. I was happily surprised when MaryBeth was able to get workers out to my house that afternoon (Thursday). After they diagnosed the problem and discovered I needed a replacement, MaryBeth told me it would be about two weeks until a replacement arrived. Exactly two weeks later EPA came out and replaced my water softener. The crew was professional, clean, and courteous. They have definitely earned me as a customer.

It didn't go anywhere all the equipment is still in the basement.........lol........oh you mean the services........extremely well you guys are the best.

It was an involved process as the system was 12 years old and multiple parts sequentially failed and needed replacement. However the technician, Jeremiah, was persistent and stuck with it. The system is up and running without me needing to update and replace the entire system.

Professional quality service, no doubt. Mary Beth in the office is pleasant, personable, responsive, and competent. She is a joy to deal with. Jeremiah, EPA's service manager and service tech has been doing my service for probably 10 years. He is very knowledgeable, hard working, compromising, and punctual. This last service call was an issue that had cut off the water supply for the entire house. I called Mary Beth about 8:30 am. Jeremiah was booked for the day but they were able to reschedule another service call and were here by 3:30 and work was completed by 5:00 pm. You guys rock! As always,excellent customer service and top notch mechanical service. These guys won't disappoint............10 years + I have been a client......always a superb experience !

Repairman was prompt and professional. Office was very responsive when I called.

Mary Beth was very nice to work with, and explained the whole water softening system very well. She tested our water on her first visit, which was very educational, and provided good information, which helped in making out decision. It was a long installation, but it went very well. Jeremiah was efficient, and friendly, and the area was spotless when he left.

Jeremiah and Mary Beth have consistently been professional and helpful with any questions that I have had. Jeremiah is prompt in arriving and does a nice job explaining how the system works and potential things to look out for. The cost is a bit pricey but I now consider this to be the nature of the system & process to routinely maintain/update.

From the first call to EPA Water Consultants we were impressed with their knowledge and responsiveness. They made an appointment that was focused on our schedule instead of theirs. They arrived on time, conducted water tests onsite and used the results to discuss our water treatment options. This initial consultation made us feel like we were educated enough on our situation to make an informed purchasing decision. The installation went just as well. EPA showed up on time and did all the work in a professional manner. They walked us though the equipment and maintenance requirements. All of the plumbing work was completed very neatly and all the new plumbing was attached to the walls securely. Care and attention to detail was very evident in the installation. Before leaving, the tech made sure that we didn't have any questions and gave us information on what to do if we did come up with any questions after he left. Overall we were very happy with our experience with EPA Water Consultants and would not hesitate on recommending them to anyone looking for a water filtration or softening system.
