They put our water system in over 2 years ago and they have been nothing but fabulous. When we were looking at systems, they explained everything and gave pricing up front. Plus when they come out to service, they go over any questionsyou may have. It has been a great experience.

EPA has been doing work for us for years to remove the sulfur smell from our well water. After calling to explain the situation, EPA had someone at the house the next day. One of the pieces of equipment had reached end of life and needed to be repaired or replaced. The service tech, Mark, who came to assess the situation provided a few options on how to proceed. We elected to have a new unit using the latest technology (ozone) installed. Mark clearly explained the pros and cons and helped us to understand our choices. The installation was scheduled to occur within a few days (good because sulfur smell in your water is not fun). The day of the install, Mark finalized the details of the installation, removed the old unit, installed the new unit, and explained to us what we should expect as the new unit improves the quality of our water. The job was completed in a few hours and we quickly saw the sulfur smell abate. This can be a messy job but the area was dry and clean when the job was finished. I would highly recommend EPA to anyone interested in improving the quality of their water whether they are on a well or on public water. This is a team of professionals.

Excellent. Mark knows reverse osmosis systems and what make them work. Best of all he can fix them at a very reasonable price. I've been dealing with my R/O systems for 16 years and he is by far the most knowledgeable mechanic (part owner) I've dealt with. If you have a problem with your R/O system that your guy can't fix I'd give him a call.

Upon coming to our home, Mark was very friendly, not only with me but my dog as well! He started teaching us about having a water well. When he went to show us where the well was located, he noticed that the cap was not fitted to the tank and therefore performed a water test immediately as he noticed it may have been a long time that the cap was not correctly placed. He listened to our needs for have good, safe water, and after I questioned him about the benefits of UV filtering he agreed with my assessment. We scheduled an appointment for after our return from vacation to have the well cap replaced and the uv light installed. On the same day, I happened have had our sink replaced in our kitchen and didn't know I required a new water filter spout. He gave me a spare one to use until I could purchase one on my own I knew right there we would have a long term relationship with EPA and Mark!

I installed a whole house carbon filtration system to compliment the water softener that was in my home when I bought it. I am pleased with how my water tastes, smells and looks. Their service is dependable and reliable. I recommend you give them a call to evaluate the water in your home.

From start to finish EPA Water Consultants did a fantastic job on the install of our sediment filter and UV light system. The tech texted prior to his arrival, was on time, explained what he would be doing with the installation process, and was pleasant as well as professional. A+ EPA!

We have very acidic well water and in need of a new system for a few years. Honestly, I find the science and all the different systems difficult to compare and understand. It is an important and not cheap investment. At the beginning of 2020 we had EPA install a new system and we could not be happier. Compact, efficient and effective. Mark installed it and has been out for routine service every 6 months. He is meticulous in his work, exceptionally knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. Excellent service. Have to say, not only do they always set up an appointment well in advance, every year like clockwork, but they arrive on time, they always have super professional, knowledgeable and courteous technicians, and they take the time to do the job, do it neatly, and entertain any and all questions. While many contractors come and go, when you have a good one that sticks around and has focused expertise, it's a good thing.

The technician called when on his way as promised. He put on his mask before entering my home and was polite and professional. We engaged in some friendly chat and then he got down to work testing my water. It was time to replace a filter for the reverse osmosis system and he was prepared with the correct filter. He clearly explained what I needed to do to flush the system (twice) and also left written instructions so I wouldn't forget. This is a yearly maintenance visit and I have been with EPA Water Consultants for some time. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a water softener company.

There were a few challenges to work through and he came up with very good solutions. The job ended up costing me more money but he did a great job so I guess you get what you pay for.
