Jeremiah has been taking care of the water softener that they installed over 5 years ago. This year he installed a UV system to keep my water pure. He is very punctual ,patient respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Marybeth is always helpful in making and changing appointments and updating information. the system is quiet and efficient and also I would like to mention how grateful I am that they carried all the high quality salt down to the basement and I am set for a year!!

My existing Hague Water Softener had been overflowing. I had our regular water service provider come out and they were not familiar with the softener so I looked up Hague on Angie's List and found EPA Water Consultants who specialize in the unit. Jeremiah came to our home and tested our water quality and gave me recommendations on the ideal setup but also on the more affordable options that will get the job done. He was very knowledgeable and after a brief diagnostics found that a faulty end cap assembly was causing the machine to overflow. He had all of the necessary parts to complete the replacement as well as a few other steps to ensure our water quality. Jeremiah also educated me on the proper home maintenance of my softener. Since he came, everything has been in good working order. It was a pleasurable experience dealing with EPA Water Consultants and I recommend them for service/repairs.

We bought our home in 2014 and luckily it contained a Hague water conditioning system, but it seems that it was installed by the original owners and left untouched by the previous owners. We called the company that last serviced the system and they told it would be $700 to service the system. I thought that was ludicrous so I searched the Hague website for other local agents. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable, even the receptionist was knowledgeable about the systems and quickly confirmed that the other vendor was trying to take advantage of me. The service was performed as expected and quickly had our dormant system up and running.

Technician was knowledgeable, explained his plan, made suggestions regarding maintenance, and cleaned up afterward.

Scott arrived with Rod (A representative from the manufacturer's home office) to explain the unit they would be installing. They first tested our water to determine the level of harness. Everything was explained to us in great detail and all our questions and concerns were resolved. After we agreed on the price, a satisfactory method of payment was negotiated with Scott and Mary Beth at EPA's office. The installation was scheduled next. Installation day went without a hitch. Jeremiah and Mary Beth started at approximately 9:00 a.m. Jeremiah continued after Mary Beth returned to the office. He worked amazingly, about 7 hours, without a break of any kind. After he installed the water softener, he installed the water filter. He installed it in our basement, on the wall, behind the water softener, giving us back the space the old unit occupied, under our kitchen sink. After he finished, he spent another 25 minutes showing and explaining the system to us. Jeremiah's installation was not only great mechanically but it can truly be considered a work of art. Every time I go into the basement and look at his work, it makes me smile. The equipment and installation was a bit pricey but compared to what we got from the other company, who installed our old unit, it's already worth the money. After a couple of weeks, Scott returned to re-test our water and answer any further questions we had. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, from beginning to end. EPA is a real class act and should be a model for other companies to follow. Their customer service and workmanship is superb! We give them five stars.

the service man doing the installation was amazing...his name is Jeremiah and he was totally professional and helpful and was 100% knowledgeable about both the r/o system and the water purifier system...great guy and explained everything he was doing and operationally about how the systems work and all is easy to understand and to use.

They came to our house (on time) and offered several different options. We planned the installation location and date. EPA came back to the house on the scheduled date and got busy. They're super friendly and went to great pains to ensure that they didn't make a mess. The set up and installation went; as planned and I am totally impressed. I love the American made Hague system. It is real "quality and value." We immediately saw, felt and tasted the difference and couldn't be happier. Thanks EPA Water Consultants!

It always goes well - these people are very professional. We found them about 6-7 years ago when we needed service on our older system, and the original provider went greedy on us and tried to sell us another system for about $8000 that we didn't need. We contacted EPA, and they came out the next week. They agreed we did not need a new system yet, and serviced our existing system for another five years until a tank started leaking, then worked with us to get a replacement system installed. The technicians are very professional, friendly and courteous, even covering their work boots to come inside. Suggestions are made with the attitude that we make the decisions, and customer service is prompt and accurate. EPA is simply wonderful to deal with.

This was done by Quakertown, PA service center Manager Jeremiaah and did a good job. Serviced professionally. rebuilt. Quoted $475 and when the job done, increased another $175 But once the job is done the quote went up more than 50%. Not a happy customer that way.

The worker, Jeremiah, was very knowledgeable, although I don't know how much of the service I needed. I didn't think I would be paying that much when I thought I was just getting a broken valve replaced.
