Description of Work: just recieved a quote

Description of Work: I reached out on 7/7 and received the company's voicemail. I did not hear from Joe until Sat 7/12. By that time I have already received enough estimates from other companies. I phoned Joe back 7/14 to inform him that we would not need his services and have gone a different direction. I appreciate his follow up to my needs but he asked to take change my review on this list since he did call me back and before my review stated I never received a call back. He mentioned he was on vacation and that was his reason for not calling me back. When I left a voicemail it didn't state this so as a potential client I would have had no idea. Take the appropriate steps.

Description of Work: Never showed or called for an quote after numerous contacts.

Description of Work: I hired this company to plant 3 trees and plant shrubbery and flowers in 2 islands that were already partially landscaped, and to put a brick border between a sidewalk and house. This company CAN plant trees, but that is about all they can do. They were supposed to lay fabric down and mulch the two islands, which they agreed to do in the estimate. They did neither. When I called them to ask them to please put down the fabric and mulch, they refused. I ended up having to do it myself, which was very time consuming and difficult, trying to lay the fabric between the already planted shrubbery and flowers. It would have been very easy for them to lay the fabric, and then plant the shrubbery and plants. The brick border ( about 40 feet ) was installed uneven and not every brick was butted tight to the next, which meant that I had to tear all the brick out and relay them myself. I would recommend NEVER hiring this fly by night, incompetent,

Description of Work: Called him at 3:30 PM and he was here by 4:30 PM. He did an excellent job and only charged $35.
