Description of Work: Bought a Carrier system several years ago from them. The system never performed like the salesman promised and the service people treated us like enemies from our first service call. We had a service contract with them which at times they wouldn't even return our calls. When we asked the owner why they didn't even return our calls he said " we know you are not happy with your system so there is nothing we can do for you" . They were also very rude and would just show up without letting us know they were coming and leave a rude note on a piece of cardboard shoved in our front door. Sorry for the negative review but you contacted me and asked for the review. We switched to a different service provider now and couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: Purchased a Carrier Infinity 18VS Heat Pump. Very customer focused. Professional recommendations and installation. Work was performed right the first time as promised. Price was competitive but on the higher end. However, it was worth the premium. High quality installation is critical for heat pumps, they do it right. I also have peace of mind knowing that they back up their work and products if I have a problem and I have had zero so far. The unit is functioning flawlessly and saving money as promised. Definitely a noticeable difference in heating comfort throughout the house. It is also an incredibly quiet unit. I am very happy with the product and service. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Service contract, with annual change-over from heat to A/C (Twice per year), replacing filter, checking and adjusting system.  + -1 moreI like that they are very responsive. They arrive on time or within the few minutes of the time, they say they are going to come. They are very neat. I have no complaints about their price. A couple of years ago, they came out and did the servicing. I had to call them because I had no heat, so they came out and fixed it. They had to put a temporary part in until they could get a part, but in the mean time, the furnace died again. I called them and they came out the same day. They are very responsive and valuable. They are neat and very friendly. Their price is reasonable. If one is a constant customer, they get mailings, coupons before the winter for a service. I never found them to be exorbitant with the price.

He told me he would get back to me within a week and I had not heard anything from them in over a month, so I called them and the secretary took a message and I still have not heard so its been nearly two months and I am not satisfied.

 + -1 moreOur twenty year old air conditioning unit stoped working. I called New Age Air on Saturday morning and they were at my house to diagnose before 9 AM. After running a few tests, we decided to replace the unit. We selected and had the new unit up and running in a few days. Everyone we dealt with at New Age Air was polite and professional. The company had replaced many of the units in our neighborhood and new just what to recomend. We replaced our old unit with a two stage unit that cools the upstairs like never before! We are very pleased with our decision to use New Age Air.
