Description of Work: Everything went well, I couldn't get my previous furnace guy to show up and had some issues. New Age Air cleared things up.

Description of Work: We had been living with a heating and cooling system for years that simply didn't work. Before we bought the house, there had been several different additions and add ons with no thought to heating and cooling. My children were sleeping with space heaters during the winter and fans on high during the summer. | |From start to finish New Age Air was responsive, knowledgable and helpful. We had a big job that took almost an entire week. | |Jason came out and took measurements of our entire house and really tried to figure out what had been done to the systems and what we needed to do to make sure the new systems were as efficient as possible. | |We had had other companies come out and "look" but when they saw it wasn't going to be easy...we never heard from them again. | |During installation, I was quite curious and asked questions. They answered all my questions and ran through daily what they were going to do. Since it was January, they were very conscious of keeping heat off in the house for short times and we were never without heat over night. | |Once it was complete we had 2 new furnaces, 2 new air conditioners, a heat pump (in an addition) and a new hot water heater. | |We have had the lowest PECO bills since we have moved into the house and this has been one of the best investments we have made to our home! We took all the space heaters to the Habitat for Humanity store and are only using ceiling fans in the kids rooms. | |Thank you New Age Air. |

Description of Work: The contract is for a twice a year routine maintenance check for my heater and AC. New Age is wonderful! They truly understand their business and enjoy what they are doing. They will explain everything to you, are prompt, courteous, and just nice people. I would recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: My initial contact with this company was in early 2012, when my adult children gifted me with a whole house humidifier to be installed. The contracting was handled by my daughter and the installation went very smoothly. As a result, I decided to negotiate a service contract with New Age for heating and air conditioning maintenance. The company has been both very reliable and responsive when contacted. As part of the contract and provide filters for both the HVAC system and the humidifier. During this heating season (2013) I had a minor heating problem. Efforts were made to provide a less expensive repair prior to changing a part, which I felt was a good indication of reputable service, No service charge was made since the original intervention did not work. The company is very available by telephone and responds quickly to calls.

Description of Work: We purchased our home a year ago, being that it was new construction i knew that the heater was builder grade, (NOT THE BEST QUALITY) my 1 year warranty had run out and i wanted to get a service warranty in case i have any issues, I called New Age and I'm glad I did. from the initial phone call i knew i had called the right place. The young lady who answered the phone was very professional and answered all my questions, we made a appointment for yesterday between 8am and 10am. I had asked her if i could get a phone call 15 minutes before arrival. at 9am i got a call from Matt telling me he was 15 minutes away. after he arrived Matt explained my heating and air condition unit, he cleaned it and added coolant to my system. the best part he charged me less than was originally quoted, how often does that happen? It was a great experience and i will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Description of Work: I have a yearly service contract with this company. During the winter check-up the tech found a bad heater motor and contacted the manufacturer and the unit was replaced for free. This company has always been right there when you call and they give top priority to there customers.
