+ -1 moreWe absolutely love them! They’re very customer-service oriented; everybody within Hydroscapes that we’ve worked with has just been exceptional. Their installation costs were very competitive and even less than a number of other places that we researched. They also gave us more for the money! We’re actually going to be using them for our lawn service, in the spring.
Description of Work: They’ve installed a lawn irrigation system, including the mapping. They also service the system twice a year to it turn off and back on.

+ -1 moreInstalled a sprinkler system in front and back yard as well as some of the beds. They absolutely wouldn't return calls when I had a problem. He also charged to turn off the sprinkler system the first year though most companies do not. The system waters unevenly, but I couldn't get them to come back out and fix the problem. I wouldn't use them again, nor recommend them to anyone else. I have since started using a different company even though the system is supposedly under warranty. Also when I asked him to come out and explain the system again, he suggested that I should pay for the service call even though he had originally said to call him anytime as he was in my area a lot.y
Description of Work: They installed a sprinkler system in both my front and backyard. They also put soaker type watering in a few of my beds. Since I posted this review, Hydroscapes has been in touch and offered to come out and make any necessary changes. They put a new less powerful sprinkler head near a tree where an area was over-watered. They apologized for their poor service last year, and have offered to open my sprinkler system and close it next year cost-free.

+ -1 moreHe was going to give me a final estimate but he never did. He never called me back. He’s a nice guy. He seemed to give an honest estimate and so I liked that. His good qualities were sort of nice and I thought he gave a fair assessment. The bad qualities were, he was not responsive and he never called back. I guess I will use his services again in the future.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Hydroscapes. I did not use his services. He came out probably about a month ago to give me an estimate for my sprinkler system.

+ -1 moreI love the customer service from this company. They are always prompt. Repairs are made at a resonable price. The same technician greets me every year. They never make a mess. When I needed a whole section replaced in a flower bed, I couldnt even tell it was disturbed when it was all finished
Description of Work: We have been using Hydroscapes for the maintaince, upkeep and opening and closing the system for the past several years. They did not install the original system, but they have mainatined and replaced it as it aged. I see them every spring and fall when they come to start the system up and turn it off.

+ -1 moreI called and left a vm on Wednesday, Nov. 3rd and they returned my call w/in a day and was able to schedule me for the following day. That is what I call service. I will definitely use them again and for future work as well.
Description of Work: I had them come out and winterize and inspect my sprinkler system. They turned off the water to my sprinkler system and then blew out all of the lines to the yard and the drip lines in the flower beds.
