Hydroscapes Inc.

I have used Hydroscapes Inc services since 2012. They installed lawn irrigation and flower planter drip irrigation systems. I had thoroughly evaluated alternatives to Hydroscapes before I selected them, and I found that they were by far the best irrigation contractor in SE Pennsylvania. They completed an excellent installation in 2012 that has stood the test of time, and they perform regular service 3 times per year on these systems. These systems perform extremely well, and Hydroscapes is always very responsive to fix any issues. They have occasionally resolved fairly complex issues that arise and completed the diagnosis quickly and accurately -- and fixed the issue right away. Their prices are fair and the technicians and office staff are a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Hydroscapes Inc for your irrigation needs.

I requested a quote for the work I needed done,and still have heard nothing back from them, even after following up. Very disappointing that this company is so non responsive.

Called several times and practically begged for a return call for a drainage repair evaluation. Two weeks later I receive a call back to schedule an evaluation and they are a no show for the appointment.

It went well, as scheduled, with no problems or "surprises."

I have not "shopped" irrigation system maintenance, so while I have a feeling they are not the cheapest for routine maintenance, I have no competing quotes. However, I have been satisfied with their work, convenience of scheduling and responsiveness.

Hydroscapes workers were very professional they were very prompt and finished the job as promised and the service after installation is very good in terms of responsiveness.

They came, discussed the issue with me and my husband. We explained that when it rains hard we get a river of water that comes into the house. They did the work, collected the money and went home to their dry homes.

We were happy with the resolution of the problem and will use them again.

Tech was very knowledgeable and very professional. He was patient with my questions and did a great job inspecting the system and educating me on its operation and maintenance. They inspected and repaired all in the same day. Will use them again.

They came out for a consultation and never gave a proposal. I followed up, and they made excuses, but still no word from them. Must be too busy to help a potential customer in need.

They did a good job all around the house. They were quick. They came in, gave me an estimate, they started the work within a week, they were courteous, and efficient, like they did the work, it took them two days, and they weren't jerky. Just every thing about them. They are very professional. I have actually contacted them again for additional work. Price was comparable to another estimate I got, only they did more work then the other estimate I got. They are really good.

It worked out very well. Their on time they worked hard their very courteous, professional, came in got the job done and left, I was happy with what they did. They were fine I think there were about four or five of them altogether.

They are wonderful. I have used them for ten years, and continue to do so. They call ahead of time to schedule, they show up when they are supposed to, they do the work quickly and their prices are fair. I use these guys with no fear. The worker is polite, pleasant, and well identified.

It's working fine with them. I'm very satisfied and they're scheduled to come out and close up my system next week. They're prompt and I've had no problem with them. The price wasn't astronomical because I'm in a fixed income and it didn't knock me off my chair. It was reasonable. They're coming out next week and they'll be here in spring. They're dependable, reasonable and professional.
