Description of Work: We signed a contract the winter before and were the first to commit for the following opening season. They promised us a March - April install, however took a large job and did not start until late May. The work was not done properly, they covered out Vacuum line, had to redo the hot tube area, had to replace several stones (did not match), etc... | |Was not very easy to deal with, happy to have this past us.

Description of Work: I've been in contact with Premier Pools to determine if I'll be renovating my pool. In speaking with Dan, it's clear that he is very professional and really seeks to help the customer. We've spoken a few times and my overall impression is one of professionalism. We're still haven't made a decision on when we'll move forward on our project, but it's refreshing to deal with a company that is all about the customer.
