"Davis Construction and Mechanical were absolutely fantastic to work with. I simply cannot say enough good things about them. They are a no-nonsense father-son team who don't sub-contract. When you hire them--they do the work. When I solicit estimates, I typically get at least 5 quotes. A couple other companies (not naming names) had very fancy presentations--but offered estimates at more than double of Davis Construction and Mechanical's quote. The Davis' walked through our home while we talked about our vision. They, in turn, gave us a concrete vision of what they can accomplish within our budget. During the project, we changed our minds multiple times, varied on what we wanted. The Davis' were extremely patient and understanding and ultimately exceeded our expectations. Our budget grew because of add-ons we asked them to do. They stuck true to form on the additional projects and delivered results above expectations. I am a fiscal hawk (I work with money and budgets for a living) and felt comfortable talking dollars and budgets with them at all times.
