They were on-time, explained what they were going to do and followed-up telling me what they found and what corrective action needed to be taken by the public utility to correct our problem being caused by their equipment. Very satisfied with the entire experience. No hesitation in using them in the future.

Todd is a good man who gives his best which is very good! He was prompt, came when he said he would, communicated well, and worked very hard to provide me with exactly what I asked for.

The workmen were very professional and courteous; explained things to me as they were installing the television and the mount on the wall.

Todd took a great deal of pride in his work, and made sure evrything was perfect!! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing this type of service, and will use him again in the future. Rare to find someone who provides the level of service he does, and performs his work as if it was his own.

Todd was great! Called and came out the very next day! Very knowledgable. Advised me to try just replaceing the cable first instead of buying a new antenna in order to save $$. It worked!! Saved me money...got the job done quickly and efficiently!! Couldn't be happier!
