Description of Work: The windows so far are doing what they are supposed to do. |The installers were disappointing, We had to make arrangements to have a |Window World Represntative come out and inspect the sloppy job and they |took pictures and agreed with us that the job was very sloppy |They sent another crew out to correct the problem and they seemed to be more experienced installers. |The inconvenience of having to be here whenever the WW Rep. came to take |the pictures and then having to waste another day to have the installers |correct the problem was very disappointing and I would tell anyone considering having WW windows installed to inspect each window as they installed them so that you wouldn't have to waste another two days to have the problems corrected. |My other complaint is that the salesman did not order the storm door as he said he would and when we complained about that he said that we never ordered a door. |We ended up ordering the door from a different company and we were very pleased with their promptness and installation.

Description of Work: First, a salesman came to my residence and we decieded which type of windows best suited my needs, then the owner of the company came and took the appropriate measurements to have the windows manufactured... after about a month, the work crew showed up.They removed all of the windows on the ground floor of my home and installed new, energy efficient windows, cleaned up the mess and were gone like the breeze that used to flow thru my house!

Description of Work: Salesman was knowledgable and professional. He was not pushy. Installers were professional, cleaned up after themselves, showed us why our last install by previous company was shotty work(Suburban Home Improvement) We called for a slight problem (no fault of theirs or the window) and they came promptly to fix the issue.. Windows are great and have cut down on our heating bills as they are very energy efficient.
