These guys were great. High quality double pane windows for the cheapest price I found. During installation, one of the old windows fell out and hit the floor of the back patio. They cleaned up every piece of broken glass. While installing in the bathroom, there was a lot of debris and grime tracked on the floor that they cleaned up every single bit of! They were professional, responsible, affordable, and I'd hire them again in an instant!

It went well overall and I was happy with every aspect of the experience except for one. One of the installers made a startlingly crude comment about my neighbors. I won't judge the company based on this guy's lack of professionalism (but I'll judge him!). I should note that in dealing with several other employees, there is no indication that the insensitivity or crudeness is pervasive in the company. Every other person I came into contact with was very professional. I think that guy was simply a foul ball.

Work was done May 2007. Met salesman John McClure at PGH Home & Garden Show. He came to home to give me estimate. Measured windows perfectly that day. Professional. Had to send another specialist to measure doors. Workers came when scheduled. Thought doors would be there that day but they weren't with the order. Windows were installed without any problem. Workers were polite and friendly. Clean up was good. Happy with all windows. They work perfectly and are easy to clean. Doors were installed on a different day. No problem with doors. Trim work also installed on doors. I'm very satisfied with work that was done.

The salesman said that the would have the job done by Christmas, but it was not complete until February.

The experience was fair. I am still unable to lock some windows. The servicemen were nice and friendly. They cleaned up very well.

It was a nightmare! The sales man was wonderful and the windows themselves are of good quality, but the installers and follow up services were horrible! First of all, the installers showed up six hours late with no call or no explanation! I called the office several times and the just kept telling me "they are on their way". I took a day off work and they never even showed up until after four! Then, two guys in a ramshackle truck show up and start prying my old windows out with a crowbar splintering my flashing and gutters. They worked about two hours that day and left. The next day, they showed up about an hour early and woke me up. They made a mess of my house and yard. They even splintered my dining room china closet prying a window out! Needless to say, they windows were not installed very well. They were gaps in the caulking so large that I could see outside through them! The outside caulking was sloppy and dripping down my brickwork. One of the window sills was bent. I am a single women and do not know much about fixing windows, etc. so I did not realize the extent of their errors until my dad looked at the damage. I stopped payment on the final check until they came to repair the mistakes. They sent a tech out several weeks later and THAT crew still didn't fix the problems. They replaced the bent window sill and some of the caulking, but I still have sloppy caulking outside, a lot of gaps, some of the windows don't close correctly and they haven't paid me for the furniture they broke. This is a horrible, horrible company. I am still hold the final payment until the repairs are made, but it has been a year and they haven't been back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good service. The price was significantly less than others for the same quality windows. The installers were very professional and cleaned and vacuumed when they were done. They also hauled away the old windows. I have heard a few negative comments about this company but all of those were in reference to different stores, not the one that serves the Pittsburgh area. I will use them again.

They were very good in comparison to other companies! I was pleasantly surprised.

Almost two months to obtain a storm door, which the salesman said is a standard door, seems unreasonable. When we discovered that the door was installed backwards, the installer said to call the office. Calls to the office elicted replies which boiled down to ''Tough!''. We have not paid the remainder of the bill, and the company has not asked for it, but we are still out $225 because the door will have to be replaced.
