About us

I am a Registered Architect in the State of Pennsylvania and a member of the AIA. I work with residential construction exclusively. I can be involved with any project of any size and any age. I design new homes, additions and renovations. I have also designed outdoor entertainment areas and swimming pools (indoors and outdoors) and residential elevators. Specialties include Lighting, Custom Cabinetry, Kitchen designs, Maximizing Insulation & R-values, Moisture and Mildew Prevention, controlling Radon gas, Elderly and ADA Considerations, Proper Roof and Attic Ventilation, Passive and active solar design and more. The fee for preparing Constuction Drawings includes monitoring the Construction Process. I can also be available for the Preliminary Package services only. Call and ask for details.
