Description of Work: Moved me from 2 different local locations to a third.hey were 1 hour and 45 minutes late, and worse, the office was dishonest about the reason when I inquired when they STILL hadn't arrived after 1 hour. Other than that, the move was your typical bloodbath. Would have gone smoother and more quickly had there been one more pair of hands.

Description of Work: This was a one day move, from one city to another, and I knew that if it went into two days it would be far more expensive. But they started later than I had thought, arriving later than planned, and of course returned later than we had hoped. Additionally, the size of the move was larger than we had thought (apparently a common mistake by consumers wanting to move -- we thought we had "not much" only to realize we had "lots more.") So the speed of packing and moving toward the end became a free-for-all, and boxes were not marked well, and stuff was just pushed into boxes, including our car keys.... Needless to say, the whole experience was traumatic. HOWEVER, had they arrived earlier, as we expected, and had we been better prepared, all could have gone more smoothly. Generally, I really like this company and would use them again -- all moves have an element of trauma so this could have been worse...

Description of Work: Excellent service!! The job was scheduled very quickly after my initial phone call and I was extremely happy with everything from start to finish. Two gentlemen arrived promptly and were both friendly, professional, and efficient. The job was to move my daughter's belongings from a house to her new apartment, with many steps to navigate. Travel was from the South Hills to the North Hills and the entire job was completed in less than two hours. Will definitely recommend to others and use again.

Description of Work: They moved items to two different locations. In both locations the et the furniture up (set up bed, put mirrors on dresser). They were careful with the items, and very professional.

Description of Work: I needed a sofa bed moved from my living room to the curb for trash pick-up. I couldn't do it myself and could get no other help. They were great! I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We agreed that my job was a three day job, but the decision was made on day two to try to finish it then. Well meaning movers worked extra hard in the dark to move my things into house. In the process, many things were left at my old house, including a host of furniture and objects in the front yard of my old house. Walls were dented in the new house as the movers tried to get everything in in a shorter period of time. Many broken pieces of furniture, art objects, etc. After many calls, was able to get pickup of things left behind and some repairs of broken objects. No repairs to new house were forthcoming. It has been nine months.
