Everything went well. Call to set up the appointment was answered on the 2nd ring. The woman walked me through my house over the phone to list the items to be moved. She explained how she came up with the estimate. They called me twice before the move to confirm the date & time. Day of the move, the three movers showed up on-time. I was most impressed with how efficient they were. They started moving the stuff right away, they moved quickly (but carefully with my stuff), & they didn't stop until it was all on the truck. Unpacking at the new place was just as smooth. I've since gone through all my boxes, fragile items, and pictures, & nothing broken. They finished quicker & less expensive than estimate. Overall a smooth move.

It went well. No complants. Great movers.

They estimated 2 trucks, 6 guys, and 10 hours for the move. 3 of the guys worked hard for me, the other 3 kept disappearing. 3 were responsible for emptying a storage unit and bringing it to a new home. They took hours and when they arrived they told me they ran out of room and had to go back. They never did go back and never told me. I'm also shocked that they could have run out of space. These were big trucks. I am now stuck having to hire someone else to go back and finish the job. The same guy had the nerve to ask for gratuity. I have also found significant damage to my basement door that no one told me about and cushions missing form my outdoor furniture. I'll pass on these guys next time. It is a shame because I used them a few months ago and loved the experience.

I was satisfied with the service. They arrived promptly and completed the work within the scheduled time. The estimate that they gave me was reasonable for moving from Washington to Upper St. Clair. They were polite. They actually broke a piece of my furniture but they paid me for it without any problems. They sent somebody out to try to repair it but he said that it couldn't be repaired, and so they just bought me a new replacement. Luckily, it is still sold so I could go out and buy it. They didn't try to cover up the damage.

They were on time and very efficient. Very personable men. If we did not like where something went they were happy to move it in a different spot. No breakage and no damage to the house.

The work went well. It was good. I had a very good experience with them. I would use them again in the future.

We got a quick quote back from them, which I appreciated. It came in pretty high compared to other companies, but I believed they had overshot the time it would take. Their hourly rate was competitive. We scheduled a 2pm start for the unloading. We selected this company because they were willing to start as late as 2pm. Most companies wanted to come the following morning. We liked their willingness to accommodate, however, they called a few days before to confirm details and thought they were coming at 1pm. I corrected them. Then on the day of the unloading they called at 9am saying they were about to head over. I had to correct them again. This was frustrating and made them seem disorganized. The movers themselves didn't seem to have done much in the way of mapping directions to our apartment. They called us several times on their drive because they couldn't find our place. Despite our clear instructions, they had a lot of trouble. This was frustrating because if they had just used google map directions they would have found it easily. Once the movers arrived they were very nice and professional. They did the job very quickly, so it was a much cheaper move than the estimate. Also, they used a runner to keep our floor clean and stacked the boxes very neatly in each room. We were very happy with their work.

The movers were on time and appeared to be careful when packing our belongings. They didn't seem to move too quickly, although they charge a two-hour minimum, and they finished in about two hours. The major complaint we have is that although our boxes were clearly marked, when we went to put more boxes in the storage unit a couple of days later, many of the original boxes had been place on their sides or even upside-down. I would have appreciated them being more careful.

I called several moving companies, TMAAT gave one of the lowest quotes (~800-1000 dollars). They scheduled the time they would come, and came right on schedule. They actually decided to come on Nov. 2 to pack everything, then come back Nov. 3 to move it all to the new house. I did not ask for any unpacking, I just had them put everything in the garage, so I could figure it all out later. Everything went well, though they would have made a couple of very minor mistakes about a few things if I hadn't been watching them. The house had special wall paint, so I told them to be careful about not damaging it, and they did a great job. The only negative was that in the end they charged a lot more than they said they would, helped along by the fact that they charged a $190 "travel fee" for each day they came out. So altogether the move was ~ $1350. However, they did do a good job, and would consider using them again.

I needed to move on short notice and the company was very accommodating whereas two other companies were booked. The men arrived on time and worked the entire time. They took no breaks and worked hard to complete my move in well less than the estimate time. I was lucky to also get a free third man, which definitely helped the move go quickly. I highly recommend this company. I also didn't need to pay for wardrobe boxes because several came in the truck.

My move was setup as an hourly fee for two movers and one truck. When I called to setup the appointment, they asked for a summary of contents I had to move and gave me a time estimate. They were spot on, estimated at 6 hours and completed in 5.75 and came with a truck big enough to make the move in one trip. The company called the day before the move to confirm, the movers called as they were leaving that morning, and they were right in the one hour arrival window. The two gentlemen were extremely careful with everything, had the supplies they needed, and worked very hard to pack the truck. When unloaded, they placed everything exactly where we wanted it. Have not found a single scuff on the furniture, walls, or floors. Will never move myself again.

they did an excellent job. they worked their butts off, and figured out a way to get our couch from the third floor to the first floor without a complaint. they called for help when they needed it. they were prompt, and I can't emphasize how hard they worked on a very hot day.

The two young men were punctual, professional, and friendly. They offered advice on ways to save me a bit of time (and therefore money), and were more careful with my carpeting than I am. They didn't take breaks and wouldn't accept any offer of drinks, despite the fact that everything they brought into the house had to come up many stairs. I can't say enough good things about them.

They arrived late due to a bigger than expected move earlier that day. Dom and Justin were professional, helpful, pleasant and apologetic about the delay. They moved everything efficiently and in a timely manner. I will hire them again and have already recommended this team to friends and relatives. It was a good experience.

I am just very happy with their services. They showed up on time, which is very important to me. They did the work I asked them to do, and they finished it up within a timeframe. I will use them again.

Movers showed up on time and were very nice group of men. However, they were AWFUL movers. Several of the men were clearly not strong enough to move furniture. We have pretty basic stuff - dressers, an empty small armoire from Pottery Barn, a sleigh bed (broken down into its component parts). We have two hutches - one heavy and one that allows top/bottom to be separated. Both were empty. After everything was in the house and I walked around after they had left I was so shocked to see that virtually every piece of major furniture was scratched, gouged, chipped, and/or damaged in some way. I think some of this was from how they packed the truck and some was from how they moved items. They clearly struggled with how to lift, move furniture around corners, and my bannisters, walls, and surrounding areas in the house also are gouged. I am so disappointed as I had used this company before for an office move and found them professional and good to work with. However, I cannot recommend them for anything more than an office move. While very nice guys they are horrible with furniture and I shudder to think of what would have happened to my fragile items had we not moved these ourselves. These guys need better training and they need to hire guys who are strong enough to move furniture safely and efficiently.

The two men worked hard but they removed my door without notifying me first and one of them stole a debit card from the kitchen counter when he returned a hammer that he had borrowed from my contractor. The debit card belonged to the contractor so I did not have a claim. However, the theft gave me cause to wonder whether he had stolen any of my belongings. Being in the midst of a move it was impossible to know if anything was missing. My contractor was very upset and I felt that the evidence was strong that the mover had committed the theft. I therefore placed a stop payment on the check that I had given them at the end of the day. However, the company simply helped themselves to my checking account, since I had given them my debit card number when setting up the move. While I feel that that was a second theft, since I did not expressly authorize them to debit my account, the BBB says that they were within their rights to do so, and that in fact I was violating the contract for stopping payment on the check. A week or so later, I happened to be checking the s** offender registry because I have lived in city apartments my whole life and never in a stand-alone house. I felt afraid in the house at night and was curious about the s** offender registry. I decided to check it to see if I had any reason to be afraid. In just a couple of clicks I was suddenly looking at the face of the mover who had stolen the debit card. He is a registered s** offender living in my zip code, convicted in July 2008 for indecent assault on a minor. For about five days after that, until such time as my contractor and I were able to install two new, more secure doors - one exterior, one interior, at a cost of about $900 - I slept with a crow bar and a hedge shearer next to my bed. I was very afraid at night. He could have cased the house, either for a robbery when I was not at home or to break in when I was home at night.

They were excellent. The two men were very good, respectful and competent. They were willing to stop on the way there to pick up things from my daughter's and also drop things off. I would highly recommend them to others.

Great. They were prompt and fast and good.

They were a great help. They moved quickly and efficiently. We actually called them early in the week and they came out 2 days later. I would highly recommend them. Nothing was broken, no items damaged and the guys were very good natured.

They were excellent and professional and very careful. They did it in less time than they had quoted and it even ended up being more things to move than we had planned. They never complained and did it nicely.
