Very flexible with my time. Got part and was ready to return the same day to install. Had an unexpected payment issue that Sullivan was very understanding of.

Scheduled and arrived quickly. He stayed until the problem was solved. Has been working perfectly ever since.

I called Sullivan Heating @ 12:30 Friday afternoon with no heat. By 3:30 that afternoon I was sitting in my living room WITH HEAT!! They came right away, ran and got the parts I needed and installed them quickly at a Decent price. No games I definitely found a new heating company today. Highly recommend them

Charged $75 for 10 minutes. Was to research warranty on parts, never came back to finish the job.

The gentleman who worked on my AC unit was fast, personable and professional. Great work at a great price, I've already recommended him to multiple individuals.

Showed up when he said he would, completed the job like he said he would and for the price he quoted. Completely satisfied and will use again.

I was hoping they'd be a couple minutes late, but they were right on time. Mr. Sullivan and his son were great. I had a lot of questions being a novice regarding air conditioners and Mr. Sullivan was very patient and explained everything I needed him too. Being able to get him to do the work so quickly was awesome.

Mr. Sullivan went above and beyond to repair my ancient steam boiler. He was proffesional, knowledgeable. It was -2 the night the furnace broke he was at my house at 7 in the morning. He drove all over the place looking for the correct parts to repair my system. I would definitely recommend Sullivan heating to anyone and will use his knowledge and expertise keeping my system at its peak performance . Thank you

My repairman went out of the way actually out of the city to make sure I got my heat back as quickly as possible. I'm diabetic and I have three small grandchildren staying with me when my heat went out in the middle of the evening. It was 45 degrees when we got up the next morning. Our repairman was there in no time.. the part wasn't in stock here and he had to drive out of town for it. I had to leave him alone in the house, he did his work and left.(he didn't know he was on camera most of the time) They'll be the ones I call from now on

Call the gas company before hand to see if you has a gas line block. I paid 650 dollars to have him rebuild my furnace only to find out it was the line that was clogged. Gas company fixed it in less than an hour for free. Live and let learn I guess. Good dude though.not really his fault.
