After agreeing on a price, they showed up at 8:00 am the next day and worked till completion.Very professional installation of new furnace. Very honest - gave me a $300.00 deduct for something they couldn't do. It was something I wouldn't have been aware of unless they told me. Would highly recommend them.

If you absolutely have to use the guy, get a quote on everything. Do a follow-up to make sure you are getting taken care of. Don't use him if you are sensitive to racial slurs.
