Good service, did a good job, however seemed like I was bothering them by wanting to get the work done that day. It was a project that did not take a lot of time but just seemed like they wanted to come back the next day. The gentleman who worked with me was great. He showed up early, which caught me off guard. Then he was very careful to explain every step of what he was looking at with my boiler. He did not shy away from any of my questions and made informative suggestions. While this was only an inspection, I have no doubt that I will be going to Sullivan Heating very soon for my next project!

Wow! We laughed about how my new furnace moved me into the 21st century. And I added central air...all for a reasonable amount. The contractor explained the pros and cons of what was available and we came upon a great heating & cooling system. I felt bad they had to work so hard to remove the old furnace but they were professional throughout. I absolutely love my lower utility bills!

I was contacted 10 minutes after I placed the request. It was 630am and I was on the phone setting up an appointment. He was there by 9am and had it fixed by 930am. Communication was smooth and the overall experience was great. It was a simple problem and he addressed it quickly with a full explanation of what he was doing and why.
