They are very professional and on time. They did an excellent job.

They did a fine job in every respect. Very satisfactory. We had no problems and they were in an out and did their job. The cleaning of the carpet was good. I really don't have any negatives.

I had them clean some expensive decorative rugs that they were able to clean in the home. I thought that they were reasonable. I believe I took advantage of a special.

They are a little expensive but do a great job.

They did a very good job and moved the furniture carefully, themselves. They also explained why some areas were not that great, in detail. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Stanley Steamer was not the first company I called due to their price rating, but it was the last. I was impressed that they were willing to quote me a price based on how many and what type of rooms needed cleaning *NOT* based on the square footage of all the rooms. This is important to me, because I had been estimating room dimensions with the other companies, and here I didn't have to worry about whether I had estimated properly or not. The price they gave me was half what some of the other folks had mentioned and they were able to come out to me the very same day. In fact, they offered a discount for 10% because they were coming the same day. They offered a satisfactions guarantee, and were true to it. Due to a miscommunication, I had the expectation that they would clean an area rug in addition to my wall to wall. I was dissatisfied when I came home and found the area rug not cleaned, and even more dissatisfied when I learned it may cost me $100 for them to come back. When we sorted everything out, they went above and beyond and made a second trip to clean my area rug for free (which I did not expect). Overall, I had an excellent experience from them, enjoyed their quality service (they did a good job on everything), and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I was annoyed that they came earlier than they said they would and they did not call ahead, which they also said they would do. Once they were there, they did a very nice job of cleaning the carpet.

Went online to schedule app, liked the $99 dollar special (but that was only for the first room) I had my living room, family room, 2 sets of steps and a hall with deodorizer. The day before my app, I received a call from customer service asking if they could come to my house soon that day. I couldn't do it that day because I wouldn't be home and I don't want strangers in my house when I'm not there. The CS rep was rude and and kept pushing the issue (don't some of these people understand no!). The next day they arrived on time and started quickly; one guy doing all of the work while the other (in my opinion) tried to keep me distracted. He tried to make all sorts of small talk but I did watch what the other was doing. He told me that they would pay special attention to high traffic areas and there was a stain that he was going to get out for me and show me how to do it again if need be. Well, the "deodorizer" was in a spray pump (could have gotten Febreeze much cheaper! and it was around $25 extra per area) and he sprayed around the areas. Big deal! Also, didn't spend any extra time or do anything special to the high traffic areas. Here's a surprise, didn't do anything to the stain and kept pushing some very over priced sprays/cleaners that I "needed". They did protect my furniture and cleaned up. After they left and the carpet dried, it looked a little better but not $450 bucks better! And of course the high traffic areas stilled looked dull! They suck. The spot treatment sucked too.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!!! BE CAREFUL DO NOT USE. we were quoted $430 for the carpet cleaning. we live in a larger home and prices tend to greatly increase after contractors show up.... while they were there they never asked us if we wanted additional services. when they were done they never said a word, but handed my wife a bill for over $1,200!! she thought it would be for $430 and just signed the credit card slip... when we looked at it we thought it was a mistake. we called and they said that they needed to do some areas twice and sprayed scotch gaurd around! they never asked if we wanted it or told us a cost. they were rude and would not budge on the price. we are working with the credit card company now... BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!!!

I ordered a $99 carpet cleaning and got charged $162.00 - Bait and Switch. They did do a good job of the actually cleaning and showed up on time.

I was happy with how it turned out. We've used them on and off for years.

They examined the carpets for stains, removed them, and did a good job of cleaning. They moved furniture, and were generally helpful. I believe their names were Aaron and Robert. I woulld be delighted to have them do future cleaning.

They were professional, have same day services, did not try to hard sell extra services which I appreciated, were punctual, worked efficiently, and took care of all pet stains. Gave advice on future spot cleaning. Best of all they did a great job and price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again!!

I have used them for years and they do a really nice job. They come when they say they are going to come. They are very good and I have been fortunate.

The person who I speak with on the phone is a bit rude. But, the people who come over to do the job are wonderful. They are very good at their job. They are punctual and the quality of their work is good.

Phone call to book the service was polite and professional. Received a call the day before to remind me of the appointment. Crew called me to say they could arrive earlier than expected (which was great). Crew was professional and competent. Minor issue in that they are constantly trying to "upsell" your .. but that is more of an annoyance than a problem. Great job .. my rugs look brand new.

The two guys who came out were quick and did a good job. They tried to upsell me with services and products but you can't fault them for that. I'd use them again.

I always get the carpet cleaned between tenants. After the last tenant moved, I had Stanley Steemer in to get the place ready for the incoming tenants. This is the group from Pgh.15205. They did a very good job, and then treated it for stain protection. The carpet is ready for my new tenants moving in tomorrow.

We're home, and it took them maybe two hours, less than 3 hours. We had an internet coupon.

They did an excellent job. They came in they were quick and fast. They were very thorough and they did a great job. I would recommend them and use them again if needed.

Did amazing. Thought I was going to have to get new carpet and they cleaned the carpet so good I now no longer have to get new carpet. All the odors are gone.

So far so good. They were on time, pleasant and seemed to have done a good job.
