It went well, and the floors looked a lot cleaner and brighter than they were before. Not all dirt was removed, however, and I was able to remove lots of grime myself after the cleaning by using a simple consumer steam mop.

They are great. They clean the carpets well. They are very professional. I like their responsiveness. I can schedule an appointment online and they are here the same day.

Prompt, courteous, obliging...

The carpet and stairs cleaned up as well as could be expected. It took more than 24 hours to dry, even on a day with no and only moderate humidity. I had no problems with the work done, but the technicians tried to sell me products I didn't want or need, hence the reason for the three and quot;Band quot; grades. I would use them again for cleaning services

They are not in the area, I was shocked that they came all that way. They did a fairly good job. One of the issues that I have is that there are certain things that they won't move because they are not supposed to move it because they might break something. Like, the TV is on a stand on rollers and I had to move it out of the way so that they could do the carpet under it. They did move the couches and stuff. I think that it is just electronics. They did a good job. I would grade the price a 'C' because they advertise the service for $99 and it turned out to be $150. Now that I think about it I had an issue with them doing the bathroom. The bathroom probably only has 3 feet of carpet and they charged me $25 or $30 to do the bathroom. So, that I wasn't happy with.

It was excellent. They did a nice job on my carpet. Not only did they do a good job on my rug, they gave me some free spot cleaner too. They were friendly, professional and did a nice job on my carpet. I saw the man work and he really scrubbed and he gave it all. He didn't just come by and zipped the zip, he really put the pedal to the metal. He really dug in there. I would have them back again. I have no problem with them. I thought the price was good. It was excellent. There's nothing like a professional doing something. I could just see the steam coming up off the rug. He put the muscle. He put the elbow grease in there. I've been told that the fellow who did my carpet has been doing it for 14 years. They did a fantastic job. I didn't find anything wrong with them. They came on time. They were professional, shook hands with me, introduced themselves, got to work and didn't goof around. I don't have a bad thing to say about them.

Terrible - told me that since the basement smelled, I may have mold and mildew and that I needed their water damage specialist to come to estimate the job. I already had mitigation completed by professionals - what I needed was padding replaced and the carpet cleaned and this man who answered the phone was trying to convince me I needed mitigation - again! No thanks!

Service was excellent--Crew did exactly what they were told to do and extras that they normally do as per their customer service policy.

I've been pleased with Stanley Steemer for many years, but his last time I was not satisfied with the cleaning. Although they returned to clean what they missed, I will not allow that same technician to return to my home again. I now question the entire quality of this cleaning, but the manager that came back was very professional and I'll request him next time.

They were good. I had a problem because I had a coupon and they didn't want to take it. The owner called and said we could figure it out. They said I got it in Ohio and I've never been to Ohio. They did solve the problem. They were nice. They were average. They were okay and nothing spectacular. It was average carpet cleaning. The price was okay; it was reasonable. They did a good job and I can't complain. They were on time.

They were very effective. I have pets, so there were things that happened to the rugs and they were able to get all the stains out, so I was happy because that is all that I cared about. Their prices were bad because they quoted me one thing and then tried to sell me a whole lot of other services which I am sure would have been very nice, but I didn?t want or require them, so I felt kind of pressured into having to deal with doing that.

You wouldn't believe it until you saw it. This job was done well. I had another carpet cleaner prior and I couldn't tell they had cleaned, dirt started to show a few days later.

I definitely recommend them to anyone, they are excellent all around, the workers and the quality.

Stanley Steemer failed to put the foam pieces under a lazy boy recliner and it rusted against the carpet which made a big stain. When I called they sent him back out to try to remove the stain. When the guy came into my house he told me the stain was already there. I thought he had a little bit of an attitude and I didn't care for that. I don't think I will ever use them again because of that. He had to work at it but he did get the stain out. I was stressed about it so I was disappointed and angry regarding the situation.

They give you a good price. They do a decent job. If they don't get the stains out the first time, they'll come back as many times as you want them to come back to try to get the stains out for free. They don't charge you to come back, which is good. Also, they are able to reach up a third story of building to clean.

They were on time. They were in and out, and that's what it's all about! I would use them again.

I used them once. They were pretty easy to schedule online. They were prompt and they were pretty quick and I really had no complaints. The pricing was about average.

They were prompt. The price was reasonable. It was a little on the high end but you get good service. You get what you pay for. They did a great job cleaning my rug. They ran a little late though.

I would not use them anymore. What happened was one time I had somebody in to clean and the guy that came talked me into doing this like pay up front for three cleanings and you have to do it over a years time and I do that. So they came two more times and then I had a family member with severe health problems. So I called Stanley Steemer and said look I need to postpone this. At first they did push it back and they said we will give you a little extra time. Then the family member really had problems and I was out in Colorado with her where she lives and I called them up and said look I can't get back in time for the last cleaning. I explained what happened and they said no were absolutely sorry we cannot extend that anymore. So I was basically sunk out of the last cleaning that I prepaid for. The people who came and did the work did a nice job. I can't complain about that, but this I really felt was quite the deal. The thing that ended up happening was that my sister was diagnosed with cancer. So it wasn't some willy-nilly thing. They called me up and said do you want to schedule this, and I said I will never work with you again. Did they stick to their rules? Yes and they even gave me a courtesy extension, but when I called them up to explain what was going on, they said no I am sorry we cannot and the person that was making the decision would not come to the telephone. I would tell them that when they came in they did a good job, but do not let them talk you into this pay up front because of what happened to me. I understand they were very nice at first to extend it. They said yeah will give you some flexibility, but when I called back to say look here is what's going on, my sister has some serious health problems. I can't get back into the Pittsburgh area by the date we had scheduled. They said absolutely not. We cannot reschedule again. Were they correct in sticking to the contract? Yes they were. Was it smart for business? I don't think so. I would have had them back in probably three times by now, but I am not going to do that. There actual cleaning and the work they did and the guys cleaning the carpet did a nice job. I really feel like I was bamboozled by being stuck into this contract because I didn't know my sister was going to have problems. They were not unreasonably priced. They called me to let me know they were on their way and I have no complaints about that. The guys were good that came.

I had my carpet cleaned on the 10th and on 11th. As my daughter was admitted in the hospital I was not at home to see if it was drying. I had to stay with her and everything looked good when I came back. I didn't stay overnight, but I was gone all day on 11th, and came back late at night, and everything was fine. They finished the work within a day and a half. My overall experience with them was super. I don't have any comparison on price, so I don't know if they are good or bad. I had used them several years ago, and I knew they did a good job, so I called them again. I called them that morning, and I expected them to take a week or so, but they said they could come out on the same day and they were here, so I would give them an A+ for punctuality.

It went alright. They don't tell you ahead of time that they don't move certain things. They just go around it. If they had told me ahead of time, then I would have looked for someone else to do the job.
