Description of Work: They cleaned three room size rugs. They were wonderful people..a man and a woman. However, the van they arrived in was older and unmarked. The equipment was not what I expected: a mop, pail, extractor (vacuum) and that was pretty much it. Having used Stanley Steamer many times in the past, this group seemed pretty amateurish. The rugs looked fine when finished but there were a couple of areas of warping which I did not recall before the cleaning. Again, they were wonderful people, friendly, explained what they were doing. They were so nice and really tried so hard that I hesitate to say anything bad about the service. They could probably do well with constructive suggestions. They seemed a little wet behind their ears and not quite ready for major leagues.

Description of Work: Nothing--claimed carpets were too dirty and require replacement. Assessing my carpets was not part of the contract--the contract was for carpet cleaning. I left a once a year party early in order to be ready for the carpet cleaner to come. This is after rescheduling multiple times. I'm mad as h*** and would like to post negative reviews far and wide. The cleaner did find the place and was more or less on time.
